It was one of the worst Quarter Pounders I have ever eaten. Number one, the bun was hard, possibly stale… it was the sloppiest burgers I have ever eaten. The meat was sliding out of the bun, the ketchup was dripping everywhere. The cheese was sliding off the sandwich. It was a mess! Read moreToday I called this location to see if they had the McPick 2 deal still going. The employee who answered said yes. So my fiancee went and ordered 2 Big Mac's, which the order came up to $9 and some change... He explained to the employee that I had called before he came up there and the employee said "no we don't do that"... While he was waiting on the food, which he was waiting more than 10 mins for, he messaged me to say what happened. I immediately called McDonald's. The same employee I spoke too answered, and I told her what happened. She again said the deal was there, and asked another co-worker. The co-worker tells her the sale ended yesterday. She then gets on the phone and apologies that the sale ended yesterday. I say to her that if I would have known that, I would have not sent him to get the food. She then proceeds to get an attitude with me. I ask for a manager and she says she is one. I tell her its not good customer service not knowing the deals of their products when customers call. She proceeds to tell me that she had just walked in the door and there was a miscommunication. I asked her what was she going to do for the miscommunication we had, and the first thing she says is, "I'm not giving you any money back!" Which was not what I was looking for! Stopped to get breakfast quick on our way out of town, the ring our order up right yet gave us a completely different sandwich. I went inside where a manager saw us, walked right past us, then came back behind the counter and walked past us again. After waiting for the crew member up front to help us, the same manager came up with an attitude when she heard the sandwich had to be remade. When handing it to the manager who had to remake the phone she got an attitude and was very mouthy and disrespectful about having to make the right order that she messed up and continued to trash talk us the whole time, so I decided to ask for a complete refund. After waiting another 5 minutes to even ask for the refund, both managers stared at us and continued to talk crap and ask each other "why we were still standing there just go". So a third manager named Tilly came up and when I told her I wanted a refund because of the rude service and would take my business elsewhere she got an attitude and threw my money back at us. Resulting in driving to another McDonalds all the way across town to go get breakfast and being late to my next stop. As a manager at Taco Bell, this was very unprofessional of all of them and I will no longer be going to this location. I will also be advising all of my friends and family to stay clear...
