Little Basil Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Radnor Township

Seems a grown man food delivery man, hit on my daughter ar her high school. Every friday my daughter cheersleads for her HS basketball team the order food. Same delivery guy drops off the food. This time my daughter meets him out front of school. He asks her how old she is. 20 minutes later he is texting her asking her "how are you doing" and if " she would like to make firends with him". Unbeknownst to him the phone she used to order food was a teachers. Obviously she became alarmed. Contacted the restaurant to no avail. Passed on the incident to me when i arrive to pick her up. I called the restaurant myself. Only to be treated rudely and told that. And i quote. "It's a cultural thing." . I explained it is against the law for a grown man to solicit and make advances towards a teenage high school girl. Woman manager mind you. Its a cultural thing. After given this obviously uncooperative women a piece of my mind. I called the police. Luckly we had his cell number and screen shots of his text messages. The very understanding officer proceded to accomplish what i was unable to convey as to the seriousness of this situation. Incredibly he received the same excuse and attitude. Even calling the gentleman only to be hung up on. Really? My advise if you are gonna order food from here pick it up. Thats if you order food...

Hadn't eaten breakfast today and ordered a shrimp and broccoli lunchbox. First of all, I read the reviews and was a bit scared. But, I was hungry, and I didn't want pizza (the store next to it). I chose to extend a classy benefit of the doubt. Price? Ok. Flavor? Fine. Freshness? Alright. Let's skip the small talk. Sooooo, the rice was REGULAR parboiled rice. And it was greasy!! Bruh, can I get some Jasmine please? At least inform the customer of your cheapness.

Hot and sour soup was a runny mucus consistency. Waaay too much base. I could only finish the 6 mini shrimps and and 5.3 broccoli. I'm a big girl, I like to eat. Y'all, I had to waste food! I was big mad.

Would I eat here again? Mayb-.... noo. Wait, if you pay me, yes. Should you go here if Zestos next to it is closed? You have to make that decision.

I have lived nearby for about 3 1/2 years. During this time, I have ordered from Little Basil countless times, really. At least in the range of 40-50 times. That should speak for itself. With one single exception, the food was always hot and yummy, timely and accurate. They really deserve a 4.9 for that record. Where else can you order from where everything is perfect except once? The mistake wasn’t even that terrible. I got chicken fried rice instead of pork fried rice. It was late and I was starving, and therefore grumpy and couldn’t get over it (yes I am embarrassed). So, sadly I stopped ordering from there for a while, only spiting myself. I am back again as a frequent customer. The food is really good, not greasy and you can’t ask for...
