Let me start off by saying this is my new favorite restaurant! My server Kaitlyn did SUPERB; she made my experience 10x better because she really engaged with us. She was very helpful and recommend some really good options. I will be asking for her next time! She has such a sweet and bubbly personality to pair with such a pleasant atmosphere.The food is definitely a 10/10 ! I’m such a foodie and I’m often picky but I was VERY impressed. I tried a bunch of appetizers including the pork bun; which I highly recommend, spicy cucumber, calamari & fried soft shell crab. For my entree I had ramen it was very flavorful and they serve a large portion. The decor is so elegant, they pay small attention to detail and have gorgeous chandeliers to accentuate the lighting and overall funkshway, a perfect venue for a romantic date night or for a quick lunch you could have a seat at their lovely bar. The food comes out almost instantly. They have a variety of food and drink options. I ordered Thai tea & mango juice and to say the least they both were extremely refreshing. This restaurant has a great venue to get nice pictures. The esthetic there is so beautiful. They won me over for sure. I wish I would’ve gotten more pictures but I was too hungry LOL I’ll try to get better pictures next time … I can’t wait to go back and try some more...

I had the pleasure of trying their Seafood Ramen, and let me just say—WOW. The broth was rich and full of umami, with the perfect balance of spice and depth. It came loaded with tender shrimp, perfectly cooked scallops, and mussels. Every bite was like a warm hug in a bowl. The noodles were chewy and satisfying, soaking up all that delicious broth like they were made for it.

And don’t even get me started on the Salt and Pepper Shrimp. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. I found myself nibbling every last crunchy bit—it was that good!

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with friendly staff who clearly care about the food and the customer experience. Whether you're coming for a quick lunch or a cozy dinner with friends, Arowana delivers on both flavor and vibe.

What a fantastic addition to the area! We started with the coconut shrimp and the takoyaki appetizers. Both were a good portion and delicious. The takoyaki was especially delicious but could have used a bit more octopus in each ball and more toppings. — I only wish they had brought us small plates with the appetizers.

For entrees we had ramen bowls — Pork chashu and chicken katsu. Both were very generous portions with beautiful presentation and fresh ingredients.

Our server was very attentive and refilled our drinks quite regularly. A nice addition to the service was the boxing of our leftovers for us. Were it not for the tacky diner behind us having a phone conversation on speakerphone, the atmosphere would have been perfect.

The fit and finish of the interior is beautiful and extremely well done. The fish tank is so cool! I just wish they would add some nice floor length curtains / shears to the large storefront windows. I’d rather not be reminded that I’m at a strip mall on Hwy 401. If this view were blocked I would have been completely...
