Run, don't walk, to Tagine Mediterranean Cuisine. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We were greated warmly as soon as we entered and the woman that took our order took the time to explain different dishes to us and make recommendations. We sat in a beautifully decorated booth that was comfortable and had a Mediterranean feel. Our food came out in a timely manner and was nothing short of amazing. We ordered the hummus and pita as well as the stuffed grape leaves as appetizers. Both were delicious and the freshly baked pita bread was soooo good. For our entrees my husband ordered the Meatball Tagine and I ordered the Torly Tagine. Both came with Greek salads, rice and pita. From the time I took my 1st bite I was in a whole other world (my husband laughed at me doing my yummy food dance). Both of our Tagines were so flavorful and even the rice was delicious. The portions are large and we had plenty to take home for tomorrow. Throughout the meal the staff checked on us to ensure we were enjoying our meal and asking if we needed anything else. The owner came out to ask what we thought. He was so friendly and we had a very nice conversation with him about traveling the world and trying different cuisines. We found out that he is the same owner of Taste of NY, which is one of our favorite restaurants. When we left, the owner and the rest of the staff warmly thanked us for dining with them and invited us back anytime. We will definitely be taking them up on that! From the time we entered until the time we left, we had a wonderful experience. The only downside was being too full to try any of their many desserts! They have a large selection of Gelato, Crepes, Mediterranean desserts and more. We are already planning what we will be trying on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hated to leave this review and wished I had walked back into the establishment and addressed my concern, but I didn't want to feel embarrassed. I walked in, and there were no customers. To the left of me was a table with three people who I understood to be the owner, who complimented me on the hat I was wearing. A young man whose name begins with an "M" got up to serve me. He was polite and welcoming. I ordered a small strawberry cheesecake ice cream. The young man basically threw the amount he took from the container in my cup where it hung over the sides, but very noticeably, the ice cream was flush with the edge of the cup. I was thinking, wow, they dont scoop, nor do they past the brim of the cup. I paid over $6.00 for the item. Then, as I took my spoon to place the edges that were hanging off into the cup, the ice cream fell further in the cup due to the bottom being empty. I was very disappointed with the amount I received, the presentation, and overall the cost. I felt slighted to only have four bites of that expensive delicious ice cream. I wanted some the next day and passed it up for the New York establishment down the sidewalk from them. There's was good but not as good as the strawberry cheesecake from Tagine, but I got my money's worth and they took their time and prepared me a nice presentable cup of ice cream that had scoops falling out the bowl. I'll go there...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at here and I can confidently say it's one of the best Mediterranean meals I've had in a long time.
The flavors were absolutely bursting with freshness. I started with the Baba Ghanouj with the fresh pita bread, which was full of flavor! For my main course, I had the single mixed kebab platter, and it was simply delicious. The kebabs were made to order and was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.
The service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a casual and enjoyable meal. The tables are also very comfortable!
If you're looking for authentic Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed
I hope this...
