My experience here was both aggravating and disappointing. For a business that has been publicly promoting breakfast wraps all week, it is unacceptable that the supervisor lacked even a basic understanding of the options being offered. Earlier this week, another staff member provided clear information and delivered my order correctly, so I reasonably expected consistency. Instead, I received confusion, indifference, and an incorrect order.

Rather than attempting to clarify my request, the supervisor dismissed my explanation and handed me whatever she assumed I wanted. That level of negligence and disregard is insulting, particularly to a loyal customer who has supported this establishment consistently. Been here almost daily since they opened and no matter the time of day it still tastes fresh and great! Great addition to the Raeford community!

Been going here frequently since open. Tonight 6/2/25 I walked up to the door at 10pm and the guy working opened the door and refused to let us leave without serving us. Felt bad because they were legit closing but this level of customer service is unheard of nowadays. Will continue to support this establishment. Thank you!

The service at Goodlyfe Smoothie - Raeford was absolutely great! The staff welcomed me with a smile and were super friendly and respectful. I felt very comfortable, and they answered all my questions with patience and care. My order was ready quickly, no long wait.
