Evergreen Pub — Restaurant in Rainier

Friday night my boyfriend and I went out with a friend of our who was in from out of town for the weekend ...long story short we were served two undercooked hamburgers one of which was left uneaten as my boyfriend couldn't stomach the taste , and the rawness of the burger . (Never happens, this man can eat and never leaves anything on his plate ... ) My chicken strip basket was raw and uncooked , and wasn't discovered until after I had already consumed the small strip off the top of the basket. The second piece I broke open to find the chicken raw and pink and uncooked all the way through ...was offered to have them remade , I turned that offer down as I was not willing to give it another go at that point ....the staff told us nothing could be refunded ...$67 later had them make us another burger for the compensation of one bad meal....( Not thing for the second unfinished undesirable uncooked mushroom burger ). Had to wait 20 min to get the burger made and then come to find out we were sent home w oanother undercooked burger ....(we made sure to order it well done) and no tots...we paid $67 to eat raw burgers and chicken strips. Awesome . Not to sure what is wrong with their credit card machine, every establishment I have ever served for had the same machines and voids were a function that the machines were...

Tried this place for the first time tonight. I ordered a club sandwich and the clam strip basket. Both with fries. We were both very disappointed in both of our meals. Hubby's club sandwich wasn't even a "club" sandwich. It didn't have any bacon on it, like all club sandwiches are supposed to have on it. The bread wasn't even toasted either. And WHO puts raw onion on a club sandwich???. It was terrible.

My clam strip basket was horrible. Over fried strips, and both of our fries were so underdone is was pathetic. They also added a few breaded shrimp, which were underdone and mushy. Plus my dinner was terribly greasy. Made my stomach...

After going go there this summer and not being served we decided to give this place another try last night. The place was not busy and there were 2 bartenders behind the bar. We bellied up and we’re told they’d be right with us. We witnessed, what we thought bizarre, both bartenders slowly (like turtle pace, no exaggeration) pour drinks for the only other group in the bar. Both hunched down watching the one bartender drip ingredients into the glass. I’m not sure if they were making Tik toks, on drugs or just trying to provide terrible service. I’m not sure how this place stays...
