A homeless man approached me in the parking lot and asked me if I would get him something to eat. We went inside and I asked the man to order his food. The cashier gave us a really shity look, and told the man he wasn't allowed to order food. At this time he called the manager over and she said that he has been trespassed from the store. I asked the man what he wanted and he told me and I ordered his food for him and paid for it. The manager proceed to call the police. So she's on the phone with the police, not making what I had ordered. Once she realized that the police were not going to be right there over a trespass issue, she proceeded with making the order. I got the man's food and put it in a bag like he asked and offered him a ride since the police were on the way, but he declined so we parted ways. I think that everyone involved could of handled the situation better. No matter what this man has done in the past has nothing to do with what was going on at this time. I think that they should of left the man alone and order his food, because after all the meal was ordered to go. It's not like he was planning on camping out there all day he just wanted to get his food and go, and all they seamed to want to do was make his hard life...

After I waited about ten minutes I recived my otder, there was a three piece white with no orange juice. I asked where is the orange juice they said they were out. I told her that I just saw the manager carrying juice. She went in the back and came back with a juice and handed it to me. It felt like the juice was about 80°. I said to the cashier it is hot and it feels like it has been sitting in the car. I gave it back to her and asked is it hot? She said no. I immediately said let me speak to the manager now!!! The manager came and I explained. With no questions asked he gave me a cup of ice and walked away. I asked for my money back and walked out...
Read moreI don’t really know where to begin other than I’m in utter disbelief at this Bojangles and it is evident that some employees lack common sense. What would make an employee think it is ok to give a customer’s food that they ordered to a random person standing outside of the establishment!! Then you actually had the audacity to think I would be in agreement with that is mind blowing!!! The employee gave my food to a total stranger in exchange to give him a dollar for doing him a favor. REALLY.. this is the pure definition of Stupidity and the lack there of basic knowledge!! I also spoke with the manager by the name of Kim and let me not get started. I don’t want to offend anyone so I will keep it simple by saying her managerial and customer service skills need work. She acted as if she didn’t understand or see a problem with it. I seriously doubt anything will be done to the employee however when dealing with this Bojangles you definitely have to be vigilant based off of one person’s behavior and lack of good sense. Mental illness is definitely a thing!!! AddendumInstead of giving the man a dollar why not offer him a job if you really...
