I was at the cookout while at the drive thru guys were walking around knocking on people’s windows asking for money. I wasn’t given all my food had to go back. Manager Abdule was very nasty. Cashier’s were laughing and talking to each other and Not being attentive to the customers. Didn’t give me any Utensils such as straws, napkins, and spoons for the shakes as we all know they are thick. By the time I got back home all the food was cold and nasty and the milkshakes has black stuff floating around in bottom of the cup. Which makes me think the shake machine hadn’t been cleaned out. That was nasty to be drinking a shake and see black stuff in ur cup. . This is the worst cookout experience I’ve ever had. I think this is the worst cookout to go to. I will never go to this location again. Now let’s see how long it takes to get my refund for all the nasty food I received from them. My kids wouldn’t eat one bit of it. I've been coming here about twice a month for the past few years (due to proximity to my job). For as long as I can remember, the food has been mediocre at best.
Today marks the last day I will be coming here. My Chicken Quesadillas are always half melted and the tortillas are never golden like they should be. The burger left me whelmed (not over or under), which brings us to the shake. Forever am I receiving sour tasting milkshakes where the top has been barely blended, leaving all of my toppings in the bottom of the cup, untouched.. I will not be coming here again and wasting my money, nor do I advise anyone else eating here. You'd be better suited going to literally anywhere else for the money, even a sketchy...
Read moreWorst service I've ever experienced at any fast food restaurant. Went there on the night of May 18th at around 2am. We placed our order very clearly, got up to the window and noticed an entire meal was missing. We politely told the man at the window that we didn't receive it in which he responded "well you didn't tell me at ordering so you're going to have to wait in line again" after we had waited about 25 minutes in line. The worst part is, he charged my card 30 dollars and the receipt said 23.
He then refused to just let us get the meal at the window (not the policy according to corporate). Contacted customer service and they claimed they would comp the entire order. Today I get in the mail "one free meal" voucher. Checked my bank, still haven't reimbursed me after one week.
