On February 1st at around 8:53 pm I placed a delivery order thru the Burger King app and had some issues with my delivery. Door dash never sent Burger King my order so of course they couldn’t make it…so you could imagine my frustration not only that I paid but I was trying to feed my pregnant best friend and my one year old nephew while they where with me. So long story short after going back and forth with my dasher about my order I called to the restaurant and spoke with a new manager ( I didn’t get her name) but as usual she tells me there is nothing she can do nor does she even try when I tell her the situation at hand and of course it sets me off even more so I hang up and pull up to the store now I’m my own dasher. I get to the window and I’m meet with a different manager Mr. Kevin Bethea and let me tell yall something even though he told me everything the manager on the phone told me he took his time to listen to me and he called another manager just to see if he could serve me (evening with knowing the rules). I come from management so that’s all I wanted was for someone to try and this man did and he was able to make the food for my friend. So I just wanna say THANK YOU KEVIN AND THE MANAGER HE CALLED YOU BOTH DESERVE A PROMOTION!!!
It’s not always about getting what you want but when the business tries and fights for their customers that’s where they have my business because as a manager myself that’s what I do for my customers. So thank you again KEVIN BETHEA...

I went to the first window when I got to the window the cashier asked did I have a whooper combo I said no a chicken fry combo which is $9.39 I paid for the meal then went to the second window and the girl that was giving out the food was extremely rude, had a very nasty attitude she asked me did I have a 8 piece nugget meal i said no then she asked me what did I pay for I said I paid $9 something she said you don't know what you paid for I said the cashier didn't give me no receipt she said well I don't see a order for chicken fries and kept rolling her eyes at me then gave me the chicken fries combo rolled her eyes again and slammed the drive through window in my face. Read moreReceived absolutely garbage customer service this morning. The guy at the drive thru register had a disgusting attitude. Kept huffing and puffing and said "these God damn people" because I didn't tell him my code first. It was my first time using the app. Upon ordering I told him that I have an offer. He ignored. He shouldn't be interacting with other humans. Terrible customer service. Makes me never want to go back to that location and rush running into him.
