If I could give zero stars, I would. Arrived today at 1221. Ordered the K5 $5 fill-up, which comes with a leg and a thigh. I asked to switch the thigh to another leg and was told that I couldn't do that. Now, I eat at KFC frequently and I am ALWAYS allowed to switch this out no problem. I've even done it at this location, twice, in the past 2 weeks. I am told that I can order it separately....at a cost of $6.99. Uh...no. So, I get the manager on the horn who tells me that it's the franchise owner who won't let them do that. Whatever. We make a deal and I agree to pay an extra dollar to get what I want for today. When I got to the window, the girl repeated my order to me incorrectly. When I corrected her, she said "Whatever." I asked her name, she refused to give it to me. Then, she got mouthy and the manager had to come PHYSICALLY remove her from the window. Her name is Kita, as I found out later. While I was asking the manager for the contact information for the franchise owner, I hear Kita continuing to run her mouth, using profanity, including the 'F' word. When I told the manager that I didn't appreciate that, Kita piped up and told me that she "wasn't even talking to you," as if that someone excused her terrible behavior. Again, the manager physically pushed the employee back into the kitchen area to get her away from the window. She gave me a hand-written phone number on which the word office was written. The time was not 1249...28 minutes after I got there. I called the number immediately and discovered that the manager had given me a fake phone number. So, I called KFC corporate and am waiting on a call back from both the franchise owner and district manager. I will also be checking my credit card since neither Kita or the manager gave me a receipt. Obviously, I will find somewhere...

I extend courtesy to them being considerate of the time they close and i asked what foods did they have left. The cashier come back at me with ā how can i help you ā.. i proceed with my order then he tells me they dont have it! I place my order and he reads back something totally wrong. I get to the window and i was missing some sauce and they took forever to give it to me. When i finally got it, i politely give the manager my complaint. Of course the complaint wasnt accepted and was deflected back on to me! I grew extra difficult after i asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. She refused and i continued to sit in the drive through, waiting for a name. They finally call the police on me and trespass me. Babyyyyyy, i don't care if i haven't ate in 48 hours.. this store will NEVER get my service again. To be clear, there was a guy named christian that took the order. I didn't get the manager name but she was heavy set and fair skinned with two nose piercings. In the midst of me talking to the police because i didn't leave she directs a comment to me. If I was on the same level as them that could have turned into a whole heated argument with possibly the resolve...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place has recently stepped it up. My family hesitantly went here because of the great online deal. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Which was never the case in the past. The food was hot and fresh and honestly reminded me of the KFC of the 90's, iykyk. Only four stars because they didn't have all the chicken in extra crispy, so I had to do half and half. But we really enjoyed our meal. We took it to go and I would not recommend sitting and eating which is why it also only gets 4, the dining room was clean but not inviting if that makes sense. It didn't feel like a place you would want to sit and eat with your family but if you were alone, I don't think it would bother you. Again it was very clean so no knock there. Overall the food and people were great, which is a big improvement for my last time there. Which was a 1 visit by the way. This manager and crew all deserve a raise for the way they have turned things around. I will be back...
