I waited a good year to post this review because I wanted to be free from the emotion of the situation and also see how the treatment the next provider offered turned out…

I was a patient at new life aesthetic for a couple years. Mostly doing fillers, and a round of ultherapy on my neck. Filler was occasionally uneven, but it was something the injector would point out was because of my face shape. For my upcoming wedding, I wanted to try to get chin shadow filler to hide some prejowling and look my best during my wedding photos. I have a little dip next to my jowl area that I wanted to be filled in. Well, It was a horrible experience. It didn’t look good. I blamed myself later that day, I assumed I must have pushed it or done some thing to move the filler and make it look so bad. Instead of coming back into the office and them molding it back down like I found out later that providers can do. She made me wait a full couple weeks, all the while my wedding is creeping closer, then come back and have it completely dissolved, wait even longer then once again to refill the spot at cost to me. imagine the expense. When I went back to finally have it refilled, she filled it even less this time leaving a huge hole under my chin where my jawline was. I still had a tab of over 600 dollars for the small amount she put back in, on top of the first round I payed for. I asked if she could do a little more and she was very blunt, that no she would not. Also letting me know i wasn’t a good fit for their practice after two years (because I complained when something looked awful and was expensive) I was in tears in my car on the way home. I looked like I had a large dent or scar under my chin. It was awful!!!! She was less than sympathetic, pretty passive aggressive, and emailed a facial chart explaining that only a surgeon could fix that. That is wasn’t on her. So I went to a different provider at the recommendation of a friend. Luckily she did an amazing job. I did end up having a little spot of filler migrate after having chin filler there, so the next day the new provider pulled me back into her office and pushed it back at the place, telling me how it’s very moldable for the first day or so., no need to waste any money dissolving and refilling. This new provider was absolutely wonderful! I felt that I had waited so long to go somewhere else out of loyalty and It was a huge waste of money and a lot of emotional stress from the way it was handled. All in all I paid to have chin filler done three times, when it should’ve been once. I’m including photos of final results I had at new life and then the results that I had a couple weeks later at a different practice in town.. beyond grateful to the new provider, she literally saved my wedding photos. Don’t trust this place for anything complex. First three are results from new life, the one of me inside my car with the giant dent is from immediately after leaving their office getting the filler the second time. (And the last time I set foot in their office)

I highly recommend New Life Aesthetics! I have gotten Botox there a few times now by Meredith and every appointment has been a positive experience! I never had Botox before I went to them but have always wanted to for years. Meredith makes my 11’s between my eyes magically disappear and lifts my eyes so I don’t look so tired and dull. I also get the gummy smile Botox. That’s my favorite! I like to smile and laugh a lot because life is short and I like spending my time on earth being happy. I think being happy keeps you young too! Anyway, I love, love, love my smile now! I may not be the most beautiful human on earth but when I smile, I sure feel that way! Also, they never push me into anything I don’t want to do. I’m not wealthy. Sometimes I have more money to spend and sometimes I don’t. So I feel really comfortable knowing they are not pushy. I feel like I have social anxiety and every person there is always nice and pleasant to talk to. New Life Aesthetics is always clean, has comfortable chairs and plenty of parking. You can ask Meredith anything and she always answers every single question. She is very knowledgeable in everything she does. When your skin is smooth, your eyes are lifted and bright and your smile is perfect, it really does change how you feel and in return it makes meeting new people less stressful. My Botox is worth every dollar! So I highly recommend Meredith and the whole New Life...

I received my first Halo treatment on Friday. Although Meredith showed me pictures of before and after and explained the process, there was nothing like the reality of the actual happening. Meredith is quite thorough throughout the procedure. I felt enough confidence in her facility and with her knowledge and expertise that I didn't panic as I feared I may. She kept me feeling at ease by telling me what she was doing, when she was almost through with a particular area, and what she'd be doing next. She stayed so calm that I couldn't keep from trusting what she was doing to me! When the entire procedure was finished, she allowed me time to sit up and "recover" from the position in which I'd been during the service. Meredith explained the aftercare, provided the products I'd need post-procedure, and made my follow-up appointment. Her office practice shared before and after photos of this procedure which also reaffirms my decision for this Halo treatment. I'm just over 24 hours out right now, but I have no regrets and have already suggested it (in a roundabout way) to my sister. I am assured that the results of my Halo treatment will be just that: a halo around your face!! Thanks, New Life...
