Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Raleigh

Ordered a pizza at 9:07. Pizza tracker said it was being quality inspected by Isaiah 9:17. Gave them the benefit of doubt and called at 9:4something. (Maybe there was a glitch or maybe something popped up.) Who ever answered told me to hold and hung up, so I called again thinking it was by accident. Second time around hung up again. Cool Ill call again. Third time called and after being told I would be put on hold I asked if they would hang up to which they responded no. They still hung up. So I call again asked what was going and why I kept getting hung up if I was just trying to see what was going on with my food. He said he would check and sent someone out to which I asked if I could speak to the manager to make him aware and which he responded he was. Ok. Why do I keep getting hung up on. The guy is apparently "new" (Mark) But mark wasn't the guy who answered the last two times. What an amazing customer service you guys have. When Mark arrived I asked if he knew who the manager was and he said Samuel. So who's Isaiah and why did it say he was the manager on duty and the one who made my pizza( Online tracker). When I rechecked the app after already taking screenshots of the tracker the name was changed to Samuel. This place is now becoming disrespectful charging for non quality work. To make a long story short this place owed me a refund and never refunded me. I dealt with it for over a yr and I final settled for a credit on my account every time it came to me using my credit they dictate how I can use my credit saying I have to use it on full menu price no promotions , discounts or coupons. I finally just said hey it’s been a yr of back and forth let me just order some wings and this what I received smh this is so disappointing image paying over 30 dollars and getting this. Terrible and the sad part is looking at all the bad reviews for this location it’s clear the quality and customer service is a major issue and all the owner or company do is respond to the reviews saying send me an email but from what others have said is they never respond to anything it’s just a show to make it seem like they are wanting to help. Sad part is this specific location is at 2.3 score for reviews that’s terrible but it make sense it’s sad companies get so much money from their customers but don’t take consideration to how the customers feel let’s be honest look at these wings . Placed order online at 630 waited an hour no sign of the pizza called the store at 830 asked about my order management said that there were slammed packed which I understood.waited more called at 9 manager said it's just going out the door ... Wait till 10 called was hung up on ... Drove to the store (same manager) said( oh man I don't know why these drivers dont be dropping the food off at the right house)then asked me again for my name and what I ordered shuffled around a few boxes .. I said I should be in the system gave him my name he never checked the system he said oh we delivered that about 2 hours ago I said sir no y'all didn't I have been home .. then he pulled out his phone and makes a fake phone call I know be cause he started talking to quick and the phone was not on the phone screen he said that glen wood had my order I said why would Glenwood have my order if I ordered from y'all on. The website he said that's the way it is so I asked him to ask them how long. And he said she said that it was on the way .. I called Glenwood and they said they do not have my order ... ... I could not get a refund because that said it was delivered and I did not get my family's food .. the manager should be fired for lying to people and they should hire someone who is truthful and knows how to run and...
