We ordered a pizza last night after we got back to the hotel rom a concert. It was 11:30 but they were still open. We ordered from the app. It kept giving updates that pizza was in the oven, then was being checked for perfection, then finally that it was on the way. I went to the lobby while my wife stayed in the room. I had out the room number on the order, but went to the lobby to make it easier for the driver... then i get a message that order was completed, hope we enjoy... but never any driver. this meant the driver intentionally entered it as delivered, knowing the store would be closed and we couldn't reach anyone that night and stole our food and went home. I tried to call the store, it was only 8 minutes after close and no one answered. We left to return home (3 hours away) this morning before they opened. When they opened today called and i got the automated system and selected the speak with manager selection (3) after a while on hold the manager answered and i asked if this was the manager, and was instantly, without hi speaking a word put e back on hold, no "hold a minute" or anything.. terrible phone skills. After several minutes he came back on and again i asked if he was the manager. after he confirmed i explained what happened and that i wanted a refund. he told me i HAD to come to the store to get it issued. i told him that i was 3 hours away back home already, and he told me that that was the only option, because i had to prove i was who i said i was and he needed the receipt. he tried to say it was over 24 hours ago so that was the only choice. I had to remind him it was less than 12 hours ago, and that i tried to call last night but they were closed and i called as soon as they opened. He became very hostile and escalated the conversation into a confrontation. After a long monolog from the guy, i finally got in " what type of proof can i give you there that i cant give you over the phone, i had card number, order details, and they would have my call from last night from the same number on their system. he kept trying to say he needed me to prove i was who i said i was. When i finally explained if i was someone else how would i have all this information, and that i only wanted my card i used last night (through paypal) refunded, i could tell it finally clicked as his tone and volume changed. he finally agreed that we could do this over the phone, and went back to the office and indeed all my details were there in his system. He said he did not know they could do it this way. Evidently dominoes does not have much training with regards to customer relations. He also was not bothered by the employee not bothering to reach out and just taking off with my food. Worst experience with dominoes in the 40 years i have bee...

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the Domino's location on South Saunders Street in Raleigh, NC. Despite giving this establishment numerous opportunities to rectify its ongoing issues, my experiences have consistently fallen short of even basic expectations.
Historically, my orders have been plagued by inaccuracies and mistakes. The female manager, who has been the sole redeeming aspect of this location due to her courteous and respectful demeanor, has been the primary reason I have returned in the past. However, the events of today, Saturday, September 14, have compelled me to reconsider ever returning to this location.
Upon collecting my order today, I encountered an individual at the register— a gentleman with mixed heritage, sporting puffy hair and glasses—whose conduct was nothing short of unprofessional. Due to technical difficulties with the credit card terminal, which was beyond my control, this employee had to repeatedly reset the system. During this process, he curtly informed me that it was his "last time attempting this transaction," displaying a dismissive and discourteous attitude.
Moreover, what I found most egregious was his blatant disregard for basic hygiene protocols. After handling the malfunctioning terminal, he proceeded directly to pizza preparation without washing his hands. This not only contravenes standard health and safety practices but also poses a significant risk to customer health, particularly in a food service environment.
Given this appalling lack of professionalism and adherence to sanitary standards, I can no longer justify patronizing this Domino's location. I will instead be taking my business to the Domino's on East Davie Street, where I hope to receive the level of service and quality that should be standard in your...
Read moreNever had an issue with this location till today, we have a small business that has given this location plenty of business but that stopped today. I called I was put on hold as usual no problem I can wait I had already ordered my food on-line, it takes a min I know but I was given my wait time for the delivery. I can track my order it did take a while to get prepared but it's ok then it took almost another hour to get delivered. That's why I called, when the guy in the other side of the phone took my call I said it was almost an hour since my food came out according to the tracker so I didn't want something that was old. He was like if there is an issue with your pizza call us back. I simply said I don't want something that old. He hung up on me. When I got the delivery I simply refused the delivery not because bit was old ( that was still a factor) but mainly cus of how disrespectful the guy was. I tipped the driver since it was not his fault. I tried to call corporate but it was after hours, so I called the store and asked for Richard the manager I explained and as soon as I did he got really hostile he seem mad cus I didn't buy the food. He was like what do u want me to do? U refused the food so what do u want me to do. So unprofessional I told him the guy hung up on me he was no he put you on hold you are the one who hung up I was like really so why did the call drop? It didn't drop when I was put on hold the first time. So how come it dropped now? He was still saying it was my fault then when I told him I was sick of it and he was just like the guy that hung up on me and I was gonna reach out to corporate. With everything going on and how much plenty of businesses are suffering this is not the kind of customer service that...
