Chapanoke Square — Local services in Raleigh

We only go to the Asian market here. A&C Asian Market . They have a small restaurant inside, which is about as authentic as you can get. Great food cheap. And a lot of it. At the back of the store is fresh seafood, with a great selection. About as fresh as you can find in the entire area. The produce section has about everything you could need fresh for your Asian meal. Overall great well stocked store. Been shopping there for many years. Since they opened. Best in the area for price and selection. They have red meat too, char shiu, whole duck, fresh pastries, cookware,...

Typical Asian store found everywhere with sketchy sanitation appearance.

Went to the restaurant to buy a whole roasted duck for Thanksgiving dinner, decided to NOT eat in.

Food didn't look too appetizing, looked as if they were made in the morning or leftovers from yesterday.

They DO NOT accept credit card, must be paid in cash or pay at register with card for purchase, odd...

Wasn't too impressed with selection but, they did have what we wanted, a duck.

I think we'll try another...

This shopping area contains several stores of interest. There is a beauty world, family dollar, Asian market, and an AutoZone. If you're hungry, cookout is available as well as taco bell. I wish they would fix the parking lot though. There are a few large holes and no directional arrows...
