Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Raleigh

While the food was prepared correctly, the service was atrocious. We're from out of town and stopped in at 5:16 on 5/8/24 to order carryout. I saw two people working and one delivery driver. The girl who came to the counter had a seriously snarky attitude and she OVER CHARGED me for my order. Here's what happened.

I placed my order for a large two topping pizza, cheese bread and two cups of marinara. I was told 10-15 minutes. I was charged $28.64. I went to the grocery store next door to get ice, came back and waited inside for my order.

After a couple of minutes (the girl with the attitude) boxed a pizza said "Here ya go" and slung it down on the counter. I reminded her I should also have two marinara cups and cheese bread. She huffed, rolled her eyes and went back to the oven. I checked to make sure my pizza was correct. She boxed my cheese bread, grabbed a marinara and slammed it all down on top of the pizza. I said "I'm supposed to have two marinara". She rolled her eyes again, grabbed my receipt from the back, and slammed it (with the second marinara) on top of the pizza box. She then said (with a smirk on her face) "You have a nice evening", turned her back and walked away.

I COULD have let this go because everyone has a bad day BUT here's what made me leave this review as soon as I got to our room. As I walked out the door, I noticed on the chalkboard that they're running a "Manager Special" for $16.99 which is literally EXACTLY what I just ordered except for the two marinara cups. So basically, this store just STOLE over $8 from me INCLUDING the fact the sales tax was charged at 8.25% when I KNOW sales tax is 7.25% here.

I would not recommend ANYBODY stop here until somebody takes care of the attitude issues and the workers learn how to not steal...

Wow! One wrong was made so right. So a couple of months ago we ordered from Domino's and it was not what we remembered it to be. Today we decided to give them another chance and it was incredible in every sense of the word in a very delicious way. Thank you to the outstanding manager Lexi when we called we let her know about our experience a couple of months ago, how we were hesitant but she assured us that everything was going to be exactly as it should be and she was right. It was actually more than what we ever remembered Domino's to be. The pies were perfectly cooked excellent pepperoni and cheese outstanding pineapple and cheese and the extra added treats the delicious brownie was really moist and chewy and chocolatey good.The wings which we never had before we will be ordering from now on they were big and juicy and full of delicious barbecue flavor. Lexi Again thank you for the outstanding service you are sweetheart. You have definitely restored our faith on your brand and we will be back again and again and again I hope Domino's knows how lucky they are to have you on their team with warmest...

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. One was delivered with mushrooms instead of olives and the other had a large hole in the middle of it. We called to get it corrected and they said they'd send a new one, but we needed to show the wrong pizza to the driver, which is fine (they didn't offer anything for the pizza with a hole in it). After another hour of waiting we called to check on the status of the pizza. They told us it would be another 30-45 minutes because they only had one driver, but then he told us to wait on hold while he called the driver. 10 minutes on hold we called from another phone to get through and he flipped out saying he told us the driver was leaving with it then. He was yelling and telling us that he would cancel our order, all because we wanted to know when it would arrive. If zero stars for customer service was possible, I would give it that. Had problems with this location before but thought we'd give it another shot, but it was...
