Update 3/14/25: They could not manage to put my donut with my coffee for pick up. Ordered 15+ minutes ahead. When I try to ask for it, they do their best to ignore. Poor management is to blame more than the employees. Why did I give them another chance? Update 10/25/24: Place still stinks. Thought that ordering ahead thru the app ahead of time would increase accuracy and the chance of getting my stuff closer to when I arrived. Wrong! Update 11/11/22: Since I can walk from my house I regularly come to this Dunkin even with several bad experiences. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars (average). The manager and crew has been steady over the past few months and they do a better job. Update 07/08/22: Turns out that my undrinkably bad iced latte from 7/4 was not an isolated incident. My hot latte today really tastes bad. I don’t know what they did wrong but it tastes horrible. I’m not being dramatic, it doesn’t even taste remotely like coffee. So disappointed in the neighborhood Dunkin. Previous: Note that it’s drive through only until 7am or someone gets around to unlocking the door. Not awesome for a morning place adjacent to a neighborhood (ie, for people walking there). Would be nice if Maps allowed a business to list separate drive thru and dining room hours. Read moreTo the management: We live in the neighborhood, decided to have some donuts with the kids in the afternoon of January 4th. Walked over to Dunkin, stayed in front of the register for 15 minutes without being noticed, then left. When we asked the two employees present if they will ever acknowledge us, the reply was “it’s just the two of us and we are busy with online orders”. One employee was trying to be nice, the other one kept on being irritated and walked away. We understand being understaffed and busy, we don’t understand being ignored… We left and drove to the nearest Krispy Kreme where the entire process (nice greeting, purchase) took less than a minute. Read moreI really want to like this location because it’s less than a five minute drive from my house. I typically order an iced coffee or latte drink that requires some attention to preparing correctly and each time the drink is prepared incorrectly and tastes horrible. The workers are typically very young teens- 15/16 yos. This morning I was handed a box of doughnuts in the drive through line and politely handed back- indicating it wasn’t my order. I was then given a bag or three munchkins (which I did order)- that were soaking wet inside? I’d hate to think the teen worker spit on my food for correcting the mistake?! Until there is an adult supervision at this location, I’ll drive a few miles further...
