Sinbad's pizza and seafood — Restaurant in Raleigh

I went on the website to place my order, once order was complete and my money was taken, the phone ring from the restaurant itself to tell me they are out of pepperoni so I asked for a full refund, at this point I don’t want anything from them but my funds back. I visited the restaurant and this man tells me that I have to call a third party, so I did while sitting in this restaurant, the restaurant guy tried to get me to take the other half of what I order and get a refund only on what they didn’t have, I ask the guy his name 3 times and he says (why do u need my name) fine I took his picture and the out side of the restaurant and the receipt he should me and left, if I don’t get my funds they gonna be on the news, bad customer service and rude I’m the 1 that has the right to be upset. I normally don't write reviews but this place left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm not even from North Carolina. My husband and I was just visiting a family member. The service was nice but the food was trash. My husband got a cheesecake and it had mold on it. The cashier tried to give him another one but that one had mold on it too. He was able to get a refund thank goodness. We both got calzones and I just didn't like it. They were huge and smelled good. But...The ingredients tasted cheap. The cheese was oozing out of it and not in a good way. It was almost like soup. He also didn't get my order right but we were already home when I realized. I just couldn't eat mine. 1st time. I ordered a Philly combo. When I told him I wanted a can soda he insisted I get a fountain drink instead. I didn't open my bag until I got home which was a 30 minute drive away. I knew my food wouldn't be hot but the fries were very interesting. It wasn't the fact that hey were thrown in a paper bag but what baffled me was why there were two types of fries (crinkled & straight). I don't know if this is normal but it gave me the impression they were someone's left overs so I tossed them. The Philly would've been good if it weren't for the tomatoes and lettuce but they never asked me what I did or didn't want or I would've declined that part.
