I had ordered two dozen custom cookies with five different designs 4 of them were great, but the number 1 was terrible. It looks nothing like a number 1 and it looks like it was rushed or somebody with no experience put it together. I brought it up to them and explained my concern and they did not care. They offered a $20 gift card to use at their store . To me that was not fixing the problem as I still have $80 cookies that don’t look the way it needed to look. The only reason why I knew it was a 1 was because it said one on the side of it. I’ve asked around the family to tell me what they thought it was. Some people said it was a bone, other people said it was a log while others thought it was just a normal cookie no special design to it. We will not be using these cookies for the even. They truly look like they can care less about what they put out Update: I showed these cookies to three different professional bakeries and all three said they did not look like “1”. They said they would not give that to a customer, they made an attempt at it also mentioned whoever did the 1 needs more practice because that number is not easy to do. I brought these cookies out to display and 80 people saw these and had no idea what it was. Maybe the mold needs to be change. Again the only issue i had was the number “1” the rest of the...

Yellow Garden Bakeshop is one of my all-time favorite small businesses! I regularly stop in at Little Blue Bakehouse to see what YGB has in their case and I am never disappointed.

Their scones are INSANE. The mushroom scones are my fave and can elevate just a lame can-of-soup meal into a gourmet experience.

Their drop cookies, like funfetti and chocolate chip, are always juuuust the right amount of sweet 🤌.

Also, if you ever have an event coming up and need fun, elegant and beautifully-decorated treats, I highly, HIGHLY recommend YGB's custom sugar cookies. I'm including photos of the set they made for my niece's and nephew's birthdays recently so you can see the beauty and care. The kids were over the moon for this surprise. Did I mention the sugar cookies are absolutely delicious??

Oh and last but not least, Madison (YGB owner) crochets gorgeous pieces. Last Christmas I asked my three-year-old nephew what he wanted, and he said, "A Spiderman DRAGON!" I talked with Madison about this and, like a super crafty genie, she agreed to grant Wolfie's wish for me. Photos included so yall can see!

If I could give this shop 10 stars, I would do that. Thanks for everything,...

I recently ordered 2 dozen customized cookies from Yellow Garden Bake Shop for a bachelorette party, and I am absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out! From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. The cookies not only tasted amazing—perfectly soft, buttery, and just the right amount of sweetness—but the designs were beyond adorable! Each cookie was beautifully decorated, with fun, unique touches that really added to the party's theme. It was clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into every single one. Guests couldn’t stop raving about both the taste and the cute designs. The whole vibe of the party was elevated thanks to these gorgeous treats. I will definitely be ordering again for future events and can’t recommend Yellow Garden Bake Shop enough. If you’re looking for delicious and beautifully crafted cookies, this is the...

These were some of THE BEST cookies I have ever had! And I have a reputation for my big sweet tooth and preferences for certain sweet treats. I went to The Rink at Red Hat Amphitheater in downtown Raleigh and it was local market night so Yellow Garden Bake Shop had a pop up set up. I got a Christmas M&M cookie and a Cookies n Cream cookie sandwich, and both kinds of cookies (and the sandwich frosting) had the perfect texture, flavor, and sweetness! I can’t wait to find this bake shop at more events, and will be visiting when they (hopefully) open a storefront soon 😊😍
