Update- I did contact you and it took 3 times of me going up there to even get a claim number. Your insurance company has been HORRIFIC! It’s been 4 and a half weeks. I’ve been in pain because of the 1/3 of my tooth missing. I’ve had to hold on to the box with the decomposing, moldy food that’s stinking up my house. For her to finally take initiative to come this upcoming Thursday! Snails pace! Meanwhile I have to suffer with tooth pain because of the lousy chicken sandwich from your restaurant that had a bone in it! I’m at the point that now that I know who your distributor is because I just happen to see the truck one day I might need to take everything up with the state health department and consumer safety. So please don’t tell me to call you guys when you already know good a well that I have had to go up there 3 times because all of your managers were noncompliant!
Not impressed at all. Got a grilled chicken sandwich yesterday and having to already go back after they claimed they corrected the order in the drive through…. I come home and start eating the sandwich and I get a hard crunch and chipped tooth because there’s a freaking bone in my sandwich! I called and the girl on the phone was very nice and apologized and was trying to offer me another meal, but no thanks. Good thing I didn’t swallow it, or God forbid it was a kid eating this. She said someone (the GM) couldn’t talk but took my info and would call me back. No call of coarse and a little over 24 hours later I call them. The guy was kind of cocky on the phone and said “I just found out about this now!” But contradicted himself by saying he already submitted a report and claim! So which is it?! You said you just found out!? More than likely I’m going to have to handle it myself because clearly it’s not a priority! Never going back there! Not trying to die...
Read moreThey just opened this one up but they are already starting off on the wrong foot disappointed me and my girlfriend twice already. For starters they took forever to finally open after massive delays. Secondly when we decide to support them, they mix up my name was someone with a similar name and proceed to give me the wrong food. I noticed because the receipt had my name incorrectly spelled on it and the total didn't match what I was previously told. In spite of them being aware of this era they still tried to give me the wrong food until I said something again. The manager on Duty was nonchalant Unapologetic and had no sense of urgency in spite of the error and how time consuming it was. To make matters worse , what should have been a 10 to 15-minute visit turned out to be a half hour for them to finally bring out the food and the food still wasn't as ordered. My girlfriend called to to let them know that they screwed up our order and they gave her a false promise that they would fix it over again when we came to support the restaurant again. She decides to give them another chance and go back only for them to just give her the refund and send her home without any food. The lack of effort to make things right is very disheartening and doesn't make us want to support this restaurant again in spite of it being closer to us than the one in Wake Forest. I don't think we will be back I would rather drive the extra 10 to 15 minutes or support another business then go somewhere where our business and support and money is better appreciated.Never again!! Kickin' Chicken Sandwich: 2.2/10 A significant letdown, overly saucy to the point of ruining the sandwich's structure, with chicken tenders that slipped out, creating a messy eating experience.
