Tanners Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Ralston

Our experience with our Party Host (Christine) was AMAZING! She did a fantastic job with my Mother-in-law's Retirement party (5/21/2023, Noon-4p).

Christine helped us so much, she was attentive to our needs and took care of us all. She helped us figure out best ways to pay (one large order, individual order), to what to recommend to eat, how many wings or lips was in an order, what came with the order. She kept all of our drinks filled, tables cleared and was always ask if she could get anything else for us? Our group commented on how polite and courteous she was.

Christine even went to the back grabbed a cup and took it to my niece "Leighton" just so Leighton could pick up the confetti that got popped accidentally. And she didn't stop there.

Once she provided the cup to my niece she stayed with her and helped Leighton pick all the gold dots that were on the floor, up. Even after my Sister in law (Mom) came over to Leighton and see what happened.

Christine went far above what we could ever expect to get else where. In fact, we'll be back to Tanner's and we'd be overjoyed if Christine would do us the honor of delivering and caring for us when we return in the future.

Went to this location Friday 8/22 about 9:30pm. Food and service was okay. When we paid for the meal we split it between cash and card. Gave our waitress $40 cash she only accounted for $20 of it and charged the card for the remaining. Called her out on it and got our $20 cash back. She said I don't know what happened, I thought I hit the button twice... gave her the benefit of the doubt and still tipped her 20% in cash. Wrote "CASH" on the tip line of the receipt and wrote in the amount our card was charged for on the "total" line. Checked my bank account to find out that our receipt had been altered to show more than what we wrote on the total line. Tried calling the restaurant and was told that managers don't work weekends, which seems really odd? Didn't take my name or number down to have a manager call me, was told to try calling back during the week. We hosted my Mom’s retirement party at Tanner’s are were very pleased. The space was great with a nice layout. The food was good, but our server really sealed the deal for us. Christine, went above and beyond from the moment we walked in the door until we left. She was an absolute pleasure to interact with from helping us decide what food to order for the party, to ensuring each guest got drinks as soon as they came in. She made sure throughout the party that no one had an empty drink and constantly checked in to see what more we needed. She was such a pleasure until the very end when we were cleaning up and she helped my little niece collect some confetti sparkles off the ground so my niece could take them home. She even sent us on our way with to go drinks. Christine was an absolute gem and made everything go so smoothly!!
