If you have a concern, you can bet it will take weeks for the owner to respond, despite his website having the wrong phone number and not checking his business email for weeks at a time. And when he does finally address your concerns, you can bet that it'll be out in the parking lot in front of strangers instead of the office which he has like a professional business owner.

Staff accidentally damage your property? They won't compensate you for the damage or assist in any way. They won't help you if you have an actual medical issue either as I personally experienced. They say they care but it's clearly superficial. Further so, they will ban you from the property if you raise concerns about how the staff mistreated you.

Staff is very disingenuous (there are a few good people who work here, no idea WHY) and has no problem spreading rumors about you around town if you do something they disapprove of while you are there, as if they were all high and mighty. Prices are higher than local competition, staffing is low, and no manager on staff on a regular basis. I recommend Red White & Brews, Smoking Cannon Brewery, or Cheers of Ramona for a good beer and a good time in the Ramona...

It had been a few years since I’d been back in town but I knew Way Point had to be one of my stops, and I’m glad I did because it’s even better than I remembered!

I got the vegisaurus both times and it’s hard to go wrong with fried avocado so of course it’s just as delicious as I remembered, but my group had burgers and dips and they couldn’t believe how good it all was! It made me look good for recommending the place.

The bartender, Nicole, may just have been the highlight of our trip! She definitely knows her stuff, but more importantly she’s the kinda bartender that makes the place what it is.

She’s great with people, generates energy, knows her regulars very well and made us feel just as at home! We had such a good time with her; every bar NEEDS a Nicole.

We’ll definitely be back soon for a few more rounds with the best bartender on the west coast, (ps. let her help you pick a cocktail bc she’s one heck of...

I was just visiting a friend in Ramona and we went to this little local guys that is pretty popular there. They had a really awesome band playing which I was really surprised about and oh my God their food is some of the best bar food I've had. It's the basic stuff, just done really well. The service was awesome also. I got there a little early in the bartender was happy to come and service at our table but was conscientious enough to let us know that was it gets super busy that is not their protocol and then it's up to the bar if I need anything else.
