I really wish I could give 0 stars! Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive through after placing my order. Once I got to the window, I was told to pull around to the front and they would bring my order out (Mind you, everything I ordered was boneless so it shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes) but I figured hey it's Friday night they are busy. So, after I pulled around to the front, I waited for another 10 minutes with no sign of my food being brought out. So I went inside and asked for my food, only to find that they hadn't even started on my order! I waited another 10 minutes inside and was handed my food. No apology, no offer to get a free meal later, nothing. The worst part comes next. I got home, only to find that I was given old food that was severely inedible. My chicken was so cold and hard I couldn't even bite it. So, not wanting to drive all the way back, I called and spoke with a manager. The manager (a female) told me to come back, I said I did not want anymore food from their establishment and asked for my card to be refunded. She said she would put me on gold because she was with a customer at the counter and after she was done taking the order, she would take my name down. She put the phone down, and 15 minutes later of being on hold no one had not come back to the phone. And then, SOMEONE HUNG UP THE PHONE! I tried to call for several minutes after only to get the busy signal. TRUST ME THIS STORE SHOULD NOT BE...

I went to kfc today at 6pm 8/3/20 I order two of mon specials get my order I checked gave two thighs crispy over cook I order original stead of them telling me they was out of original chicken they just threw crispy in my box over cook shame on them for not be honest serving me over cook crispy chicken thank God I checked it cause I would of been piss get all way home so I will not go back to this location bad Customer service and not honest and just giving customers anything m so done who ever general manger need to get a new crew and train them all ridiculous had me waiting over 15 mins she told me 11mins bad Customer service kept trying call line was busy I came back to this location 05/19/25 I oder 2 3pc combo I had coipn for $7,99 and the person that took oder said we can use for 1 oder and heard the other employee in back ground saying it's been that way for 2 or 3yrs but that's a lie because I have use and got 2 orders on that coupon many times this year and last year so that's not true and that's calling me a lie so I would like the general manger to call me that's not ok and I see why this location got bad reviews ridiculous I won't be back terrible customer service I came back on 7/5/25 to drive thru they had lights off straight dark I thought they was close I said why your lights off he did not say nothing he turn them on shame on them not good business they wanted customers think they was close this was at 9pm I'm really done with...

As a fast food employee, this is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. My mother & I went here TODAY to go buy my sister Fried chicken for her birthday; we used a $12 off coupon! Only we couldn't switch out the sides, even though you can do that at literally any other fast food place, but that wasn't the issue. The issue was it didn't take off $12, it took off $5. Now considering we already couldn't switch out the sides this was not okay. I am in no way blaming the employees for the coupon not working or not being able to switch out the sides. BUT what is the issue is the fact that when we asked about the price we got no answer about why it was still so much & the cashier didn't communicate that the coupon doesn't work as it says, & only takes off $5. On top of all of that, after not being able to change out the sides we bought an extra side (macaroni) only to drive home and NOT HAVE THE MACARONI. Now I agree we should have checked the bags first before leaving. But overall this is not okay, and absolutely terrible service. I will NEVER be...
