Went on 10/6/23 evening. We had ordered on mobile app 15mins prior to arriving. Got there had 3 cars in drive-thru ahead of us. Somehow it took almost 20 min still. At the screen spoke with a lady and told her it's a mobile order and provided her name. Immediately with a attitude the lady goes we don't have the order and we came to wrong store. We told her the address on mobile app order history. She said that's the store but can't do anything because there is no order. Her tone was so nasty. After every time we say we have on phone order is correct place she goes yeah no, cant help. Didn't provide any suggestions just said can't help. So I pulled up to the window. At the window they said no order so we showed the order on the phone. Then the rude lady says" that ain't my problem" At the same time someone finds our order already made and sitting there. Then they hand us the bag. I asked 5 times for the lady name they finally told me it's Dericka. They made our order when we ordered on app not when we got there. Didn't even apologize or anything. I heard her say" I gotta get out of here". We went home to find the tacos were all soggy and cold. Just falls apart, it was gross to eat so we ended up going to McDonalds. Read moreHaving frequented this drive thru many many times, I was disappointed on August 1st, 2022 when I was ordering food in the drive thru and the microphone on the headset was picking up employees in the background mocking everything I said and the way I ordered. Adding insult to injury, I could hear the very unflattering things they said about customers in general. I get it. When you are young and working some of your first jobs, it takes time to develop professionalism. I'm sure it seemed harmless and fun to the team inside, but it was incredibly distateful, rude, immature, unprofessional, and simply unkind. I hope there is a good leader to model better customer service and hold these employees accountable. I certainly wouldn't recruit any of them to come work with me.
I decided to let it go until I got home and realized I ordered and paid for 10 items and only received 6.
I'm sure that my decision not to ever spend my money at this location again will have little fiscal or emotional impact on this Taco Bell team, but I don't need a repeat of that experience. Choosing to go back for any more of that would be...

I asked about the discrepancy and the girl tried reading back my order than another girl shut the window in my face. No explanation and no eye contact. No courtesy. 1st girl comes back says $28. Now I tell her I am passed off and why the 3 prices? Several of my items were a #6 so I mentioned that. Nothing. I had her read the order back again. Finally gave up and paid and left after seeing so many cars waiting behind me. Terrible experience. Worst experience at Taco Bell in my life. Update Why do I go here? 8 cars in line. Took 8 minutes to move 1 spot. Why?! Took 20 minutes to get to the speaker to order. Not happy. Girl wouldn't tell me why they were so slow until I pressed the question. Tuesdays are super busy.
