Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

HORRIBLE Customer service! After over 13 years ordering from this location alone, I was treated so badly by the manager who claimed his name was "Carl" on an error they made with my pizza that I had delivered. I've never had to complain about an order before this so I wasn't expecting the treatment I received. All I asked for was no onions on my pizza and they arrived with onions. I called the store to try to get a replacement as I know mistakes can be made. I was treated with total disrespect and was argued with. All "Carl" had to do was either replace the pizza or offer me a coupon for my next visit.

When I asked for the corporate's number he gave me one that didn't exist. I looked it up online and called, having to actually make a formal complaint.

This is so disappointing because I do like their pizza and sides however I will no longer be ordering from them and my word of mouth will encourage others not to as well.

If you only want a pepperoni or cheese pizza, I wouldn't take the risk here to ensure that you get your order correctly. "Carl" will not help you in rectifying your issue.

Also, if you contact corporate they will only revert you back to the store with no help. They don't actually support their franchise. I didn't know this about this company so it's another reason I will never order from them again.

I feel like I just got robbed, over a simple pizza.

i've ordered from this location in the past without incident. however, today i ordered pizza and wings but instead i got pizza and garlic poppers. (online) i called and spoke with "Harmon" and told him about my order and asked for the wings to be delivered. the customer service friendly response would have been to first, apologize for the misunderstanding, and then, assure me that they would try to "see what they could do." instead he was rude by telling me it was my fault and there was nothing he could do. it turned out to be an oversight on my part but the two stars is from his lack in ability to deal with customers. i spent $30 with them today, it would have been nice to feel like my business was appreciated. i don't spend my hard earned money at businesses where i can't be treated politely. please work on that with your employees, papajohns: folsom...

👍🏼WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES👍🏼 This place never fails me!! They are extremely friendly, pleasant to speak with and are always on time!! I usually order for delivery, but tonight I decided to pick up order myself. When you call their business # to place order it sends you to like a pizza dispatcher who then takes the order after asking which location, etc which was fine but I almost hung up and went elsewhere because I was on hold for quite some time!! Food is ALWAYS FRESH!! I do miss calling my order in and speaking with the employees because they always so patient & accommodating. You guys are greeaatt, please don’t ever leave the RC location!!
