I came here on Thursday night, June 12 They have an arcade basketball game that has a sign saying, “Score 99+ receive a free well drink or beer”. I ended up getting a score of 100. I walk over to the bar to let them know and the bartender named Gary said “good for you” in a rude tone. I then had to point out that the b-ball arcade game says I get a free drink and I have a video to prove I got a score of 100. He then checked the game and walked back over to ask what I want. I asked what kind of IPA one of the beers on tap was. He then proceeded to ask in the same rude tone. “What do you mean? An IPA is an IPA.” I said well there’s different kinds of IPAs and proceeded to mention a couple different kinds. He then said “sure let’s go with that”. He was very rude about the whole situation. Bartender closed the bar at 10:30 on a Friday because she "didn't feel good." We told her when we walked in at 9 that some of our 12-person group (which included 2 people celebrating birthdays) had traveled from Southern California to go to karaoke this weekend at this bar with us because our friends used to work here and recommended this spot. We practically begged her not to close the bar. She didn't bat an eye or apologize or even have a suggestion for another place to go. Hopefully management hears about this and gives future Friday night bartending shifts to people who want to work and respect their employers and customers enough to not close somebody else's business on what should be the most lucrative night of the week. We came here a few days ago for the Micromania event. It was definitely crowded, I get it, and the wait at the bar took about 30 minutes. When our group finally made it to the front of the bar, we were continously being skipped over and other people, and most likely regulars at the bar, were being served before us. After about the 4th or 5th time of new people coming up and getting their drinks before us, my friend made a comment to the bartender that hey, we've been waiting here for a long time. The bartender immediately became defensive and told us that he would not be serving my friend. I get that they were overwhelmed with a large crowd but whats fair is fair, and when you've been waiting a long time and keep getting skipped over, of course...
