I hate to give bad reviews but I am really upset that EVERYTIME I come to the Starbucks on Fairoaks Blvd (across the street from Midas) at least 2 to 3 staff members are rude and seem bothered when I wait to order. I dont go to this Starbucks a lot but when I need maintenance on my car, I go inside and order. Today, when I ordered, a male (brownish red hair with beard) cashier wasn't very friendly. I gave my order. After getting my tea, I realized that the cashier thought that I wanted oatmilk when I wanted Oatmeal. I dont blame the cashier because I normally order my lattes with oatmeal and could've very well said oatmilk. I later went up to the counter to order again and a woman with short platinum blond hair was standing there. She didn't great me and after I stood there for a bit she looked at me sideways and asked me if I was going to order. I let her know that I wanted oatmeal , and that the cashier thought that I said oh milk. So I paid for my oatmeal and sat down. I later seen the same lady greet another customer who was of her sane ethnicity in a kind manner. I then went back after 30 minutes to ask for water because I ran out of my drink and needed to take medicine. I asked one of the Baristas (thin woman with short blond hair) for water. She said nothing to me. She got a large cup and when I tried to tell her that the amount she was pouring was enough, she kept pouring, didn't say anything and handed me the water. I told her, thank you, and she said, nothing. Now, I know that people are busy and I try not to be inconsiderate. I like to be sensitive to the staff. However, these behaviors are consistent whenever I go inside this Starbucks.And this is why i'm writing the review. I'm frustrated because most of the time when I come INSIDE of this starbucks, I get the same treatment and from different staff members. The drive through is a lot better and I never have issues when I go through the drive through. I hope that all of the staff feel better and there is enough coverage so that they can be better to ALL customers and not just the ones who go to this...

Today I experienced the worst customer service from I believe a manager, I didn't quite get her name but she was a brunette lady maybe in her mid twenties. But today from 3-7 for gold status members there is a happy hour for half off frappucinos. Well unfortunately I forgot my gold card at home so I thought that I would use the app and them scan my phone but sadly the app wasn't working. I was confused at first when I couldn't sign into my account, so I told them in the drive thru that I would pull over and come inside (after I had ordered) I went through changing my passwords and everything but unfortunately it was the just app having errors. I went inside and explained what was going on to the barista and he told me to try signing in and out of the app (which I tried many times) and try calling the Starbucks customer service number which I did but right when I called there was a message saying that the app was having issues. I immediately brought it to the managers attention and she ended up being completely rude to me and wasn't offering good customer service at all. I thought maybe they could offer the half off anyways after going through so much trouble but we ended up leaving with nothing and left being treated terribly. I ended up going to another Starbucks with my friend and was treated with so much more respect than I was at this location. Other Starbucks are great, this one not so much!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent into the restaurant and the line was overwhelming. I decided to use the restroom instead of wait in the big line to order first. The employee left her work station where I'm sure she was greatly needed to come to the bathroom and rudely bang on the door to ask me how long I was gonna be in there because I've been in there to long. I had not even had a chance to finish cleaning up the grossness the employees did not do themselves and actually use the bathroom. I told I was using the bathroom and so decided that I would be finished in two min because that's the time limit she gave me till she would leave her heavy work load to come harass me again. The employees are rude they hardly have any products and the baristas skills are sub par if that. Will not ever go to Starbucks again as this seems to be a trend with them and complaining does nothing because they know that they can just slide by ln name alone. Not with this consumer though because I expect quality over name brands every time. R.i.p original Starbucks! You will be missed....
