We decided to check out this place the other night. We've been meaning to do so since earlier in the year. First, impression, the location wasn't the most ideal. A bit dark and tucked away towards the very back of the strip mall we used to frequent for the now-closed salad place. We waited a few minutes to be greeted and shown to a table. We then waited quite a while to flag down a waiter to take our order but he failed to mention the specials of the night. One staff member was memorable, their busboy! He was friendly and attentive and the first one to really address us and our needs. Prices are a bit high for pasta that was below par, in my opinion. My penne was overcooked, way more than my preferred al dente. The alla vodka sauce on mine lacked the depth of flavor other restaurant's versions had. My husband's angel hair was, you guessed it, over-cooked. His dish overall was under whelming. The positives: the calamari was good, and so was the Marinara dipping sauce it was served with. The ciabatta dinner rolls were served warm and toasty and had the perfect chewiness I expected. Based on our experience that night, we are not inclined to return. There are other mom-and-pop pasta places in the area that are worth...

Be careful dining here. The older hostess lost my credit card after charging us. As we patiently waited for them to try finding the card, the hostess came back three times to give excuses without a single full apology for the inconvenience. She did begin to, saying "I'm sor-", and then gave more excuses instead of an honest apology. She even tried to give us someone else's credit card. (Larry H, I recommend you cancel your card.) In addition, she admitted this has happened before where they lost a customer's credit card. They never found my credit card.

Honestly, the food was okay, not amazing, but not terrible either. For the inconvenience and anxiety from the hostess losing my credit card, I would not recommend it. This might not happen to you, but I didn't think it would happen to me either, so it's still a possibility they could lose your card. Save yourself the headache and go to another Italian restaurant that wonโ€™t be so careless with your credit cards. Now I have to cancel my card and change all my travel bookings with a new credit...

I made a reservation for 3 people. They're not needed, but probably a good idea on Friday night. At first, I was a bit disappointed by the service. They seemed to be going through some transition and things felt disorganized. One table was reserved and set for another party, but no table was reserved or set for my party. There was a table available, so it wasn't a huge deal, but it could have been unpleasant if the restaurant had been full. We also had to ask for menus, which felt off. However, as the night went on, the servers were very attentive and friendly. The food was flavorful and didn't taste overly salty. My party had the Seafood Risotto (special), Ciopinno, and Salmon Linguine. The price was fairly reasonable compared to other eateries. My only real disappointment with the food was the lack of vegetables. We did get a large salad to share, so that somewhat made up for it, but it would have been nice to have some veggies with the entrees. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. I'll try it again and hope for an...

The service is a bit strange. The older hostess is kind of overly familiar with customers. Shes friendly, but too friendly in a rude kind of way. The food is good, priced really well for the portion that you get. The food tastes great initially but... my family got diarrhea and sick about two hours later after we left the restaurant. We had diarrhea for several hours. The only family member that didnt get diarrhea was my dad and thats because he didnt eat with us at the restaurant. But everyone who did eat there (my mom, my younger sibling, and myself) all got upset stomachs. That is a little bit suspicious considering we all ordered a type of pasta dish, which I hope the restaurant isnt serving old pasta. Expired pasta carries extremely dangerous types of bacteria and mold. Moreso than typical expired foods like fruits and cheeses. So its concerning that this restaurant could possibly be serving expired pasta.
