Recently I visited this branch for breakfast burritos. I bought 2 on of them was the one called loaded . And in fact it was "loaded" !! With unhealthy , inedible, teeth crushers "load". Yes what I got in my burrito was a big metal bolt!! I came back , talked to the manager and she said yes it was one of their machine's . She said I am sorry I will reimburse your money and said to the employee to be more careful , and that's it. Yes. This is all she can say or do! Maybe Because she thinks this is something NORMAL TO HAPPEN!!!! I asked to speak with the general manager in the area and left my number , but no one ever called !!!! First off what is the status to reading the order back to the customer, so that the transaction is correct.
