I rarely post a review for a fast food establishment mainly because you really don't expect much when it's fast food. When I do take the time to post a review it's because we received great service and the food is very good and often unique. I often share photos and encourage others to try it, especially if it's a family owned business. Unfortunately, this review is the absolute opposite. Normally, I let bad experiences go and simply don't go there again. However, the food served at the KFC on Baseline in Rancho Cucamonga was absolutely horrible, the worst I have ever had and I can't stay quiet about this. It was about an hour before closing and we ordered a 12 piece family meal. The place was empty and our order was given to us quickly. When we got home and opened our meal we were shocked to see the chicken and potato wedges we we're given. The chicken was dry, over cooked and hard. The potato wedges were also dry and hard. Both the chicken and potato wedges looked as if they had spent hours and hours under the heating lamp. Food in this condition should never be served to a customer. Obviously this location is lacking proper management. Maybe it's time KFC's corporate started looking into their franchises. Read moreWORST.FOOD.EVER! This is not the KFC you are looking for. Avoid this TERRIBLE place. We haven't tried for years because the food got to be so bad it was just a waste of time and money. Tried again today after a long time because it was convenient. What a mistake. Threw away everything. Nearly ice cold chicken strips in both meals. Seemed like it had been sitting out somewhere for a week. The "new" fries were even worse. Chewy, almost hard and cold. The soft drink (which is a rarity for us anyways) tasted like metal. The franchise operators should be embarrassed to even keep the doors open. On the bright side, the employees working there were pleasant and did their best to keep things operating, clean and safe. KFC corporate needs to hear how bad this place is....
Read moreSo we ordered on the app & went to the drive-thru tonight. Unfortunately when we got home we were missing our 8 pieces of chicken. Bummer since we were already home but mistakes happen. We call ed to get it fixed and they didn't answer the phone so we drove back. The employee was nice but as my wife was talking to him the manager (Germain) came up. Without saying anything word to her he put his hand up with one finger as for her to be quiet. Spoke to the employee and walked away. As he did, he said ki da under his breath but loud enough for her to hear " I don't want to deal with her" all snotty. No apology from anyone for the mistake or even an offer to compensate her for having to come back! Just a RUDE manager. They just handed her the chicken and she left....
