Stopped in for a late lunch 3:16 pm. Ordered bigger plate with honey sesame chicken. The chicken looked like it had been sitting for awhile but a few pieces looked ok. When i took my first bite the chicken was gooey and had no texture to it at all. Like mushy. I took it back up to the register and asked if i could get fresh chicken. The girl asked the cook if she could get fresh chicken and the manager Ming started yelling loudly NO. NO. NO. I'm not making fresh. Nothing wrong with chicken. Then Ming started yelling loudly and making a scene from the kitchen MING YELLING AT ME "DON’T COME BACK" "DON’T COME BACK "you have done this before asking for fresh order because food not fresh. "DON’T COME BACK." I've eaten at this location for over 20 years regularly with my wife and 3 kids and can't rember returning food after it was served to me. I have asked in times past if the item doesn't look very good when I'm placing my order at the counter to Wait until they have a fresh batch to fill my order. and I'll wait whatever time that takes just to have a fresh order. THE RESPONSE MING HAD TODAY WAS COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE. YELLING AT A CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS " DON’T COME BACK" ALL BECAUSE OF MUSHY OLD CLUMPED TOGETHER HONEY SESAME CHICKEN. BY THE WAY I TOOK OUT MY PHONE AFTER HE STARTED YELLING AT ME AND RECORDED THE WHOLE TANTRUM AND THE PLATE OF CLUMPED TOGETHER MUSHY CHICKEN. PANDA EXPRESS CORPORATE OFFICE ? Read moreMy mom felt like Panda Express for dinner which she offered to pay for as long as I went there to get it. Sounded like a good deal to me.😄 It was a little busy. I had 3 customers in front of me. I stood in line looking about the place while I waited. It was clean inside. There are tables where u could eat inside if u wanted & a soft drink machine. I ended up ordering Double Orange Chicken w/Fried Rice Plate for my mom, Beijing Beef & the new Hot Orange Chicken w/Steamed Rice Plate for myself, & 2 orders of Rangoons (U get 3 Rangoons per order.). The order came up to $25 & some change. I only gave the service 3⭐ because of the confusion of which order was whose & @ which register we should be. I came home & ate right away. Now, there is a reason why I only gave the food 3⭐. Usually, Beijing Beef is my favorite item from Panda Express, but not today. I took a bite & groaned in disappointment.😧 My mom asked me what was wrong. I said "I think the Beijing Beef had been sittin' there for a while." My mom replied "What makes u say that?" I said "Because it's not crispy. It's soggy & chewy. Kinda like eating Beef Jerky." My mom looked @ me in surprise. "Really?!" I replied "Yeah!" It was so disappointing because in the past we had gotten food from this very same restaurant & it's been good. I mean, the Hot Orange Chicken was good as well as the Rangoons, but my favorite item was not.😧 Anyway, that's all...
Read moreI’m giving them a two star review not because the food wasn’t good because it was, but because as I spent 20 minutes in their establishment to “enjoy a relaxing lunch”, I got to witness the owner yelling at his employees at least three times. The young man who helped me was new and his co- worker was training him. He did a good job until he went to help the next lady in line. she asked for half-and-half, chow mein and rice, but asked for a little extra chow mein than rice, and he agreed. Then his coworker, yelled at him for doing so and she began to lecture the woman on how she could only give her Half-and-half or one full portion of a single item. She could have explained the policy kindly but did not. Next another worker arrived through the front door. The owner yelled something at her I couldn’t understand. I believe it was in his native language and she proceeded to head past my table to the restrooms with tears running down her cheeks. Some of the employees here have anger issues and are not professional at all to each other or their customers. This was not the lunch I thought it was was going...
