Everything possible was terrible. The service was very bad from both the waiter and the waitress. They kept forgetting their tasks and what they were getting for us (such as asking the kitchen what vegetarian or fish options there are).

Keep in mind there were only 5 tables seated, so it definitely should not have been an overwhelming crowd.

We are vegetarian/pescotarian and they don't have anything other than meat for their entrees.

We tried all the non-meat appetizers, and the flavors were either bland or just really bad tasting.

Especially stay away from the shanklish and the potato empanadas.

No utensils, no sauces provided, took 4-5 different requests for lemon slices for the water.

The only reason to come back is if they have a dance special like the line dancing.

We did share this feedback directly with the owner and manager, and they seemed very receptive to the feedback. We hope other clients after us have much better...

This place is a joke. The only reason I rated it one star is because I can’t rate any lower. The only thing nice about this place is the atmosphere. The service and upkeep were mediocre. I’ve never bothered to write a review before but to save you all money and time, don’t bother going. It was my first time coming here. The place was crowded because they had a live band playing that night. Nobody sat us, we sat ourselves. No menus were given to us. We had to go to the bar and order our food. Our orders took a long time to come.

We ordered the beef kebab, potato empanada, hummus, fries, and Jalopen̈o poppers. Their beef kebab was delicious. Mixed drinks were good and beers were moderately priced.

To the management: If you don't care about cutomer service, then why are you in hospitality service? Your food is good and I will come back and give your service...
