Starbucks — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

This is the second time that this has happened to me at this location I place my order for a caramel frappuccino with two shots of expresso floating and I'm always the last person to get served it's always approximately 20 minutes after the fact that I receive my drink this particular situation there were 11 people that order after me all different ethnicities predominantly Caucasian and I receive my drink after they got their drink and they didn't even call out my name it wasn't until I got back into the line which there were 5 people in front of me when I got to the front I asked for my money back then miraculously my drink appears which they said is this yours and they still didn't call out my name there's one person that works there that is very nice his name is Eric as my name is also but for the rest of the crew it's a shame that someone has to get back into the line then come to the front and ask for their money back to receive a fair judgement as a African American all I ask is to be treated like anyone else but even though it's a convenience for me to come to this Starbucks because of the area that I live by close I will be going to another location because I'm not going to allow this to happen to me a third time I have been getting my Starbucks that I need because of my drive to work which exceeds over 69 miles a day one way so I will be going back to the Starbucks at CVS Pharmacy on Haven Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga where I am treated fairly.... with respect to the management at this Starbucks on Baseline please respectively don't forget about your African American community take care and...

workers were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL + RUDE. i was waiting at the register and multiple employees were pointing fingers towards each other to decide who was going to take my order, i had to wait maybe a few minutes while they were all standing there. i was confused on why they were acting like they DIDNT WANT TO TAKE MY ORDER. after, i was placing my order and they HAD THE AUDACITY to say they ran out of lemonade. because of that, i ordered another drink with lemonade (which was easier to make) to see if they were LYING, and they were. somehow, they all of a sudden had lemonade to make my other drink?? i was enraged after seeing how the baristas can just INDIRECTLY REFUSE TO TAKE MY ORDER by making excuses and lies. the place wasnt even busy with 4-5 baristas waiting for work to come, but i had to WAIT NEARLY 30 MINUTES just for a simple drink. the boss there is hiring anyone at this point. i recommend going to dunkin donuts (or any other cafe) even though it...

I always visit this establishment as it’s the closest one to my home. Today while on my lunch break I decided to take my kids for some Cake pops. I decided eh why not. Let’s throw in a coffee for mom. Black iced coffee. Easiest order. I ordered curbside pickup so I wouldn’t have to take them out being so hot and we were in a slight time crunch. I placed an order at 2:20, parked at 2:23 with a notification saying to expect it around 2:25. 2:35 and there’s still no sign of the barista. I really didn’t want to take my kids out just to walk in and pick up our order to turn around and walk out. Reluctantly at 2:40 we go inside to find out what has happened to our order as it’s been almost 20 minutes now for an order and the barista, asking my name, turns around to an order that’s clearly just been sitting there and nonchalantly passes it over.
