Went to this location after terrible service at the Waba Grill off Haven and 4th. We pulled up just before they closed. Granted, it was 8:53pm and they close at 9. I get that. We probably would have made it sooner had the rude girl at the other location hadn't wasted so much of our time for nothing. We were hungry after being out all day in the heat and wanted a healthy option for dinner. However, as we pull up, the cashier practically ran to the door and quickly locked it. Then she looked at us and jiggled the door to show us they were locked. That was our second and final attempt at ordering from Waba Grill. Waba Grill apparently doesn't want or need business....

They answered the phone and took an order before me instead of putting the other customer on a brief hold. Then, after having me wait for them to complete the phone order, which took 3 mins or so, finally took mine then proceeded take 15 mins. to serve me a mini bowl and taco.
She also forgot my drink as well. I was just trying to grab a lunch real quick & figured since there wasn’t anyone in line/ waiting to be served it’d be easy. As I was typing this I also realized she gave me dumplings instead of tacos 🤦🏿♂️
