I came in tonight and I was helped by a young man named Stephen. His customer service was amazing and he went out of his way to help me find the right drink for me and was genuinely so kind! I came during the happy hour where milk teas are 2.50$ and they were very busy and he maintained a great attitude even though the situation was stressful. The lady in front of me was horrible to him and treated him so rude and he remained so calm and treated her as if she was the nicest customer in the world and that takes a lot to do. I am from out of town and I will be returning to the area to come here for the delicious drinks and great customer service! I’m from out of town and was visiting the area. I went in with my puppy who’s in service dog training. The two people working that shift on Monday night (guy & girl maybe 16yrs old or so) kept looking and whispering to one another about who should tell me to get out. I don’t appreciate that and made me very anxious & uncomfortable. My dog was not bothering anyone we were away from others and were sitting patiently for my drink. I suggest that they put up a sign saying no dogs they are not allowed in and to train the employees better and not assume every dog is a pet. Also before you guys say he needs a vest or anything I quote “The ADA does not require service animals to wear a vest, ID tag, or specific harness.” Please do better and read up on...

I was going here once or twice a week, and I have decided to basically stop. The inconsistency of the drinks being made is too high for such a high price. I come in expecting to taste the drink made correctly, and if you leave and don't try it (doesn't work when you bring one home for someone), I am not going to drive back to have it remade. Too many times the milk tea tastes only like the creamer they put in. Even the fresh teas can taste off. Customer service is not always great as well. No email to contact the owner directly.
