Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rancho Santa Margarita

Hot when they feel like it pizza, served with bonus attitude. Went at night to the counter to order. After being ignored 5mins I politely asked around back if someone could take my order. No answer, until I clearly heard the employees snickering about my order wait? They including the night Manager were making it an issue that none of them where taking my order. I've worked restaurant, I asked respectfully and yet they are the ones who are disrespectful? Don't know what drugs night crew are taking but I don't suggest going here. If they don't care about taking orders, how is the cleanliness and quality of the food here? Would not eat a free pizza from this place if I was paid to do it. Corperate is a dead end they are franchised so its a loop of the local owner discussing with the night manager. Um, good luck having that change. After I attempted to locate my portal pizza code after buying two pizzas online, I happily called the store to try to find with offering all of my information. “Dale” was at a loss as was the manager on duty so they put me on hold for 10 mins hearing other successful transactions from customers and instead of returning to the phone to help me (my family was waiting in the card out front for the code) I could hear them laughing. Dale then said “wow they’ve been on hold for 10 mins. Should I just hang up? laughter” and the line went dead. I never got the pizzas I indeed paid for!! They have been snarky and rude EVERY time we’ve gone in there as the reviews on Yelp show. I called back and the manager had no clue. Never ever again Little Caesars....

I have not had Litter Caesar’s in7 months and I was reminded why today. I had ordered a half sasuage - half bacon pizza but somehow they messed up and put both toppings over the entire pizza. I pointed this out and they started making another pizza. I had to ask them to put my breadsticks back in the warmer. When I finally got home and started eating my pizza, the slices kept tearing and the center of the pizza felt and tasted undercooked. The crazy bread was dry and flat. I’m definitely done with getting pizza from little Caesars. I’ve had the same issues from other locations but this experience has made it clear that Little Caesars as a whole just doesn’t care about the quality of its food or...
