McDonald's — Restaurant in Randleman

I am not sure why I continue to return to feed my family of 6. Here is what happened and what days and times. Monday- June 29th-9am- Myself and my daughter went through drive through and ordered 2 breakfast burritos, 2 hashbrowns and 1 large tea. She had a Dr. appointment and we only had time to run grab something before we had to leave. Both burritos were hard on the outside and the insides were dried out ! We could not eat them and I had no time to turn around, so we had to throw them out the window ! Nasty !! It was like it was a left over from the morning before, or made at 6 am, or earlier.

Friday- July 3rd- 1:25 pm. We went by to grab double cheese burgers for some of the kids and it took us till 2:05pm, before I was able to place my order ! They were unloading from the big truck and I was the 5th car in line. I had been the 8th, but people were pulling off and leaving. Then I pulled up to the window to have a woman that I could not understand and only caught the broken word pickles. I had ordered 2 double cheese- 1 with extra pickles, 2 plain sundaes small frie and a coke. Got the order and both burgers had extra pickles ! This happens all the time with our orders. It is rare that something is NOT wrong.

Sat. July 4th- 7:45 am. I was alone and ordered breakfast for my family and I had ordered two large drinks to split between the kids and when I got to the window and got my food, the girl handed me the two drinks and I said can I get a drink carrier please? She said we don't have any and just stood there and I said I can not drive alone and hold two large drinks, she then shrugged her shoulders and just kept standing there. I asked for a refund. The truck was just there within 12 hrs ago ! ! That place needs to shut down. I have left before and do not plan on going back ever again ! I will take my business to Wendys across the street.

Most of the time I go get an order from there, get all the way home and food is missing from the bag, or the wrong items in the bag. Makes NO sense ! Why place people to work with the public that can't read, speak, much less understand English? It mostly just happens when the ones that speak English so poorly are working, but when the others are working that speak good English, it does not happen as much. Just shows POOR...

WORST MCDONALDS EVER: I have never been to a more incompetent fast food environment in my life, I know that this is McDonalds but even for McDonalds these standards are considerably low and embarrassing for the McDonalds franchise, I order a simple double quarter pounder combo, should be easy for any human being to comprehend and exacted right? wrong, the employees give me the double quarter pounder with a drink and missed the fries, well it’s no big deal, I tell them even though I should not have to and they simply make them, it also did take a very long time for them to make a simple order but luckily that day I was not busy, this also seems to be a recurrence every time I go to this establishment, a few weeks later I decide to stop by there again and I get the same thing and my mother orders a fish filet. This has to be the worst fish sandwich I have ever witnessed, it was obviously something reheated in a toaster that did not get served during lunch, it was hard, so hard we decided to throw the top bun on the concrete and it hit the ground like it was a rock (I am not exaggerating) the fries as always are never fresh and just stale and cold and depressing and quite frankly I don’t think that any of these fries have ever seen a grain of salt in their lives, We also saw that there was a green paste that was supposed to be tarter sauce but ended up being heated slop on the side of the fish filet, I would post a picture if I had not already throne away the disgusting mess and of course inside of my burger was pink, I will be ordering Chinese from now on, thank you for ruining my experience and hopefully you get that ice creams machine working (not saying this stereotypically saying...

I was at this mcdonalds twice in the past 3 days the first day was 29th i ordered a double 1/4 pounder and a double cheese burger wit mac sauce fries and a coke wen i got to my car to eat i open the mc double to find that it was all jus a mess and i had to put it together to eat same wit the 1/4 pounder double all the toppins was mostly n the box well today 5/1 at 5 pm its now 5:33 pm i got a big mac and fries and coke and i get a mess again the toppins r n the box and the pattys and stuff were not put on their as they were sapose to b i come to get this food cause im not tryin to cook or hav to prepare food for this night and its something that i was doin for my kids as a treat but i had to prepare my burger and had to sweep fries out my floor board from were the lady at the window handed me my food and the bag rips i had to crumple the bag so it would stay n but because of this im n a feelin that im not able to trust that my food is n good hands it gives me thoughts that my food could possibly hav been done up wit stuff that should not become a thought wen buyin food from a place that is sapose to live up to a standard of trust and good quality i hav been here many times before and never hav i ever been givin this type of quality from them but now twice n 3 days that has now become a problem please hav ur restaurant employees do a better job so that ur customers dont go some were else cause they cant trust that their food is bein served the way ur restaurant is advertising their quality...
