We decided on a whim to go to the ice cream shoppe for n Randolph, ME. There is a note on the window that says to let them know if you have an allergy before ordering. Perfect! I let them know I have an allergy and asked them if they could just rinse off the scooper. They told me that they could just go get the ice cream that’s in the cooler that they use for people with allergies. Again, perfect! My boyfriend got his ice cream and then I stood there and waited, and waited, and waited. 13 people and a dog were served before me. Then when I asked, they said it would be out shortly. These scoop servers are on their game and move customers through the line quite quickly and to a table on their deck or lawn, both with views if the Kennebec. I made the mistake of ordering a large banana split, and it was truly massive. 6 hard serve scoops in 3 flavors. It was truly a boat. If you're in doubt, take what you would have spent at DQ and take the drive into Randolph. You won't be...
