It's disgustingly filthy. Here's why. There is no front of the house management and operations. Pretty sure general manager was in the back of the house trying to keep up with food. Every single table was either full of dishes and filth or occupied. That said it was only 50% occupied. When you see staff standing around chitty chatting, debris all over the floor, dried on soda pop on the seats i that's been there a while, you get an air about the ownership, management and staff.

Remember a restaurant isn't closed until the patrons have left. You shouldn't have patrons have to ask for a wet towel and a broom in order to feel comfortable. Which I did because I didn't even want to sit down. Instead of cleaning the table, they put a reserved sign on it instead. Pretty lame. How long does it take to wipe a table down? Thirty seconds at most.

The buffet tables were ignored and gross. Green peppers in cottage cheese, cheese in peas, olives dropped in macaroni salad. .. you get the driift. Food all over the table and it was dried. Clearly been there for hours. Dressings were straight from a bottle.

I'll upload more photos of when I can take more pictures. Gross

I would have turned around and left if we weren't meeting people here and I hadn't already paid

Worst food experience in rapid city. For $15/pp seriously, go elsewhere. Arby's is better food and way cleaner. Or order a pizza from domino's. I encourage you to enlarge photos for the...

DO NOT go to Pizza Ranch on the NorthSide! We went there tonight spent over $80 to get accused of stealing food! We had all our kids and when we all get together...we joke and laugh and have a good time, not disruptive or disrespectful but if you know me then u know I love to clown around.... The manager, a lil red head named Tori Ahart came over to our table and said to my girlfriend "ma'am did you just put food in your purse, I need to see your purse?!" my gf laughed and said that she didn't have anything and showed her inside her purse, NO FOOD....the girl just said "Just so you know its stealing if you take food" and walked off...no apology nothing!!!! In front of everyone she said all that! So I went up and told her how unprofessional and messed up that was and she told me that she was the manager and to go ahead and complain on her and walked away,..are you kidding me! We still gotta deal with this type of discrimination...so blatant and in your face without fear or remorse! Soooooooo angry right now... We went back in after we took the kids home and Tori, who is NOT the manager seen us coming back in and ran in the back to get the real manager, we made a complaint and the real manager had to FORCE Tori to apologize. This little girl has absolutely NO customer service skills and should be fired for lack of experience!! We will never eat at this pizza ranch again and have encouraged all our friends and family to go to the other...

Wow! This was one of the best pizza places I have eaten pizza from in the last 20 years! Great pizza great people. I ordered two small pizzas one for me and one for the wife. The kid who took care of me was polite and friendly and looked me in the face when he spoke to me. He told me that it would be about “8 minutes”. I said “Ok, I’m not in a big hurry” while I was waiting I began talking on the phone with my sister. About 14 minutes into my wait I saw another charge appear on my credit card? I went up and asked why another charge appeared on my credit card (ok, I was suspicious credit card fraud is everywhere these days but I was confused because their attitude about business is great and Christian) I asked to speak with the manager who came out front and I showed her the charge. She tells me she was giving me one of the pizzas for free because she thought I had waited to long! I couldn’t believe it. What a great attitude about business. Obviously this business is here for the customers not the money. “Whether therefore you eat or drink or whatsoever you do, do all to the glory of God.” 1...

We have been a loyal customer since they opened in rapid city. However their customer service has gradually going downhill hill over the past few years. We keep try to give them a second chance and sadly we have repeatedly been disappointed. Toady I went to the pizza ranch on Stumer Road Thursday 5/9/24 at 4:45. First of all the young man behind the counter had no clue how to take a Togo order. Second the manager who came out just quickly barked orders and didn’t take the time to teach the young man a thing. I paid for my order and sat down to wait for my order. When the manager returned to the front he told the young man that he would have to tell me that I had to wait up to 15 minutes for fresh chicken because the chicken that was currently cooking was for the customers in the store. I thought that was a little rude but okay I am getting fresh chicken! I waited 20 minutes for my order! When arriving home and opening the box i discovered cold grease soaked chicken that the ink from the paper could be seen on the chicken. Is that good for us?? I hope someone will actually listen. Adult buffet was $14 and well worth it. A large variety of different pizzas, sides, a decent salad bar, and a few dessert pizzas, as well as an ice cream machine. The place was clean, empty plates on the tables are picked up quickly, and empty dishes in the buffet are replaced quickly with new flavors. The bathrooms were very clean as well. This was my first time here but it was an enjoyable experience and I would definitely recommend it.
