Subway — Restaurant in Rapid City

On 09/03/23 I went to subway on Stumer, when I had got there I greeted the young lady with a smile and all and she just wasn’t too happy to be servicing me. I'm guessing it was because I interrupted her time with her family she was sitting with but whatever the reason was she has no right to act that snobby to a customer. My problem is when all of it was done and I left I was eating my food and noticed the sandwich tasted funny like a sour taste, I opened the sandwich up and the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were soggy and the meat had a funny smell to it. I called and the guy that was the manager sounded irritated that I called and told him about my food so I had asked to leave a callback number for the GM and he said ‘well I’m the manager that won’t be necessary so I’ll handle it.’ So I just agreed to let him because he was gonna refund my money back and never did. The service there hasn’t changed and I don’t think it will! This is probably the worst subway...

This Subway Is The Worst Subway I Been To!!!! The Guy That Got Me An Pizza Put Too Much Cheese on It And He Said"the pizza will have an extra charge" WHAT THE HECK!! And There Was An Girl Working At This Place Said "I Don't know what I'm doing here" what they just hire random people for no reason and don't train them and the guy also said We Don't Take Credit cards or debit anymore We Told Walmart About It THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT!!! So I Made An Compliment On Subways Website also if you want pizza here they will just put it near an dirty fan when it is blowing in to it This Subway Needs to be closed! DONT NOT GO HERE IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE PERSON IN LINE. I went in on sunday 9/11/2022 for lunch. She toasted my sandwich without asking me, it ended up burning it badly (see pictures). When she was wrapping up my sandwich i made the comment “wow thats really burnt” without skipping a beat she said “Yup” and continued to wrap it up. It was hard as a rock when i got home so i took everything out tossed the bread and made a wrap at home (thank god i had tortillas at home)…this is the first time the staff had zero personality at this location (will not be returning to...
