Pizza Ranch FunZone Arcade — Local services in Rapid City

We booked our daughter's 6th birthday party here a month in advance. They knew how many people would be showing up, but they didn't have enough space or supplies prepared for us when we showed up. We had to ask 3 times to get the game passes that we paid for. Instead of expanding the room we were in, which had a removeable wall, they crammed our entire party of about 30 people into a room that was around 15x15 feet. It was terrible. To top it off, the party next to ours was full of people that would literally wait next to the buffet and eat all of the pizza anytime they put new ones out, so it took forever for anyone in our party to get food. I'm never going back, and I'll do my best to talk anyone else out of going. There are better options out there. Didn't realize they closed at 8:00. They should have mentioned that, when we got there at 7:15. The place was packed. Unfortunately, most of the pizzas were undercooked. They had very little chicken and the salad bar was a mess. Someone made a huge mess with the ice cream, and it was that way the entire time we were there. A family that came in after us, complained about the food and how they just spent $45.00 to eat, but it was a waste because what little was there was undercooked. A lot of fun for kids. Staff was very helpful and efficient. Fun games for younger and older children. You buy and use a card (reusable if you keep it) to put money on and swipe at games to play. You earn points using cards at machines and points earned are saved on the card to be redeemed at the prize area. Prize selection area was very well organized with a lot of good options for any amount of points.
