Came by for the 1.99 kids meal sign promotion, upon arriving at the drive-thru I asked if all of the k.m's are on the promo, she said yes, I ordered 2. My total was 6.45 and I asked the clerk if they were each only 1.99, for the SECOND time. She said yes and I asked for a receipt. I was over charged. I told the girl I wanted a refund and she said she couldnt because her manager was doing an interview, then asked if I wanted a frosty in place of the kids toys they're out of. At this point I knew the clerk was not competent and parked my truck in the drive through lane. When I entered the restaurant I was told by another worker that I couldnt have a refund because the manager was in the lobby doing an interview. The clerk rudely yelled across the lobby for the manager. The manager Quepasa stated the girl was wrong about the prices, showed no effort to help with what should have been a $4 order. I told her at this point I've received horrible service and want my $6.45 back. THE MANAGER TOLD ME I COULD NOT HAVE A REFUND UNTIL SHE GOT APPROVAL FROM HER DISTRICT MANAGER WHICH WASN'T ON SITE. After a five minute argument with quepasa, which was UNPROFESSIONAL, she walked out of sight and came back with $ 7.00 cash. I told her that I only paid $6.45 and she said "it's ok just take it." It went from getting the DM's APPROVAL to refund my card, to GIVING me 55 cents that is company money, sounds like a thief to me. Read moreWhere do I even begin? Walking in, we had to wait 10 minutes just to order and there were no other customers in the restaurant. The building is old dirty and not well kept at all. The railing for the order line was falling apart and just about broke under my cousin when he leaned on it. All of the tables were dirty and we had to ask for a rag to wipe one of the tables down ourselves. Additionally, the floor was for one, was disgusting. I dont know who decided it was a good idea to have carpeting in a restaurant but clearly didn't think about how hard it would be to clean. My shoes literally stuck to the floor with every step. Now for the food. Two of the orders were chicken sandwiches and well they were unedible. The chicken was old, stringy, and hard in some spots. It didn't seem grilled (like how it was advertised- it was literally a grilled chicken sandwich but tasted like it boiled) and one of the sandwiches had the order wrong, specifically asked for no barbecue or mustard and got both. But hey, the fries were good. Except for the one that looked like a burnt grub with black goo oozing out of it. Read moreHorrendous service, unfriendly staff, and terrible food. I love Wendy's restaurants, but I will NEVER go back to this location. I have gone twice to this location with over 1 month between visits to see if it was just a bad day the first time, but they were just as bad the second time I went. The second time I went was around 1:30 and there was only one other customer in line. Despite there only being one other customer in line, it took 15 minutes to be served at the front. I observed 2 cars go through the drive through in this time period, so that was not the cause of the wait. We eventually ordered, but the Wendy's staff then refused to apply a coupon which I had just received in the mail that morning. We let that slide and decided to order different items. After waiting 30 more minutes, they finally called our names to give us a crumpled bag. Inside the greasy, ragged bag were two sandwiches. Neither were the ones we ordered. They did not give us a receipt for our purchase, claiming they were out of print paper, but we suspect that it was to avoid me logging a formal complaint with Wendy's on their own site.
