Arby's — Restaurant in Ravenna

I’ve been to this Arby’s many times. You try to give an establishment a chance because their competitor next-door is 100 times busier you pull into their empty desolate parking lot that is a huge bump and possibly scrape for many average cars. You pull up to their pitiful Drive-through set up and you order their staples and you ask about menu items that you’re not familiar with and the workers sarcastically talk back to you like you should know their menu like the back of your hand. I really do like Arby’s and I like their variety, but they seriously need to work on their customer service aspect. If they have little business compared to the next-door neighbor, they should probably step up the face-to-face interactions and intercom...

Long wait for food when there was no one in the restaurant. After ordering our food I watched the girl who was running the drive through window drop a slider, pick it up with her bare hands and put it back in its box to be bagged. Inside was filthy; food and crumbs on every table, surface, and floor. It also smelled like mildew inside. Once we got our food everything was cold and tasted like it had been sitting around since lunch. All of the condiment pumps were out, as well as straws. Was greeted right away but because I was taking alittle while 3 different workers came on and asked what I wanted to order I nicely said give me a minute then the next one came on so then I was irritated . Then when I pulled up to drive thru window the staff did not greet me did not thank me took care ran it handed back to me. Very un professional so I spoke to him made him talk to me . He rushed me didn't really want do speak you can tell I'll was bothering him. He was very rude and I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. Bad service can go along way and...
