I’ve been to this Arby’s many times. You try to give an establishment a chance because their competitor next-door is 100 times busier you pull into their empty desolate parking lot that is a huge bump and possibly scrape for many average cars. You pull up to their pitiful Drive-through set up and you order their staples and you ask about menu items that you’re not familiar with and the workers sarcastically talk back to you like you should know their menu like the back of your hand. I really do like Arby’s and I like their variety, but they seriously need to work on their customer service aspect. After ordering our food I watched the girl who was running the drive through window drop a slider, pick it up with her bare hands and put it back in its box to be bagged. Inside was filthy; food and crumbs on every table, surface, and floor. It also smelled like mildew inside. Once we got our food everything was cold and tasted like it had been sitting around since lunch. All of the condiment pumps were out, as well as straws.
