All the bad reviews about the rude staff make sense now. This is literally the worst service I have ever experienced in my life at a coffee shop. I ordered an ice matcha which is what I get everywhere and it’s always good and I never complain about it but my “matcha” from here was dirt brown and tasted horrible, nothing like matcha. I didn’t like it so we asked if I could get another drink (mind you I barely took one sip of it, it’s not like I drank it) and the barista said “Just because you don’t like the taste of something doesn’t mean we can make you something else” ?? literally what. I paid for this drink that you horribly made but I can’t swap it for something I actually like? Or at the VERY LEAST offer to try and fix it? Me nor anyone else I know has ever experienced a coffee place that had an issue adjusting the drink if it wasn’t good. So if it’s too sweet or not sweet enough I’m guessing just because someone doesn’t like it you can’t do anything about that either? How does that make any sense you’re literally a coffee shop? Just recently moved into town was so excited about a small business coffee shop. From the get go the one barista immediately was rude. She also doesn’t know how to make something as simple as a macchiato. I’m allergic to dairy to which every time i tell her “oat milk” she gives me regular milk and it needs to be fixed. She will throw up her hands and sigh super loud as if I'm inconveniencing her. Todays last attempt - she berated my mom and I the moment we walked in because I had an “outside drink”. It’s not like we were staying for one, and for two If we were purchasing a coffee there as well I don’t see the harm in simply bringing it in with me. She’s always very stressed and overwhelmed and it shows. I don’t think making coffee is the best career for her. If I could give no stars I would. Why are all these employees so rude. Convinced the good reviews are family friends or something. They don’t greet you at the door, don’t look up to you when they speak, don’t help you with the menu if you’re new, super chatty with people they know treat you like a leper if they don’t.
