McDonald's — Restaurant in Ravenna

Seriously one of the worst around when it comes to employees and management with few exceptions. They say nothing take your card at the window say nothing give you drink close window open give food close window say nothing

Had order on night shift and after making order 2 times and making sure both burgers were added. I got 2 double ¼s no pickle a large fry and a large carmel frappe. Window 1 took my card gave back said nothing. Got attitude from second window (male manager) when i said "i guess customer relations bust be optional these days!" After he just shoves a drink in my window and closes the window without a word. Got down the road not only over charged for aditional food. I was given 2 big macs a warm to the center frappe and small fry. It was late but what if I happened to be allergic to pickle and just bit into my burger. Late with 40 min to drive on my own.

Called store and told the manager about my experience and he says I can get a free meal when I come back. I said I'm already on the highway and just wanted a refund because I rarely go that way. He refused not only refused got angry with me about it. Then hung up.

Of which I usually would have turned back to serve a lesson about respect for people especially ones keeping him from the street. I was tried so I called 5 more times which he wouldn't pick up when he did got yet more attitude. Said he'd refund finally but only would if I returned to store with my card. That he can't refund without the card and a recept. At this point I'm 20 min away. He again hung up on me.

My family kept me from jail that night. People need to understand they don't know what they're getting into being like that to people they do not know.

There's one younger female that works mainly day shift out there window best thing to happen to any Establishment she's such a cheerful cheer spreading helpful person I assure you she is undervalued and...

I stopped by this location and had ordered a Double Quarter pounder with no onions.. I paid for the Large Combo meal, and by the time i got home i realized that i was served a regular Quarter pounder OF COURSE with onions... but the grill ticket says "Dbl Qtr Cheese NO Silver Onion"

Imagine that right? I mean its a simple mistake, i'll just call and see what they'll do -calls store-

Male Employee -yo this in Mcdonalds- Me- yes, hello, is this the location in Ravenna on Main street across from the Arby's? Male Employee- Yeah.. Me- ok, thank you, i was just through your Drive Thru about 10 minutes ago not even, and had ordered a Large DblQtr pounder with cheese no onions with a Sweet tea, and i was given the wrong order. Male employee-- "oh ok, have a nice day" -click-

Is this for real? Come on... where is your customer service or your manager? Should t they be answering the phone if this is the level of offensive customer dissatisfaction that is going to be served?

I hearda rumor that a new Starbucks will be being built on the other side of town, i cant wait for REAL coffee, REAL food, and REAL Consumer service and appreciation...

It is funny though... because the Mcdonalds off of SR14 is a gas station, and they serve the town better than the corporate building store...

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Management is rude and not helpful. I went thru the drive thru tonight 8/15/23 at 8:45pm ordered my two sandwiches using a code off the app. Which I use this app and code all the time and don’t have a problem ever and tonight the manager said that it was my phone and it wasn’t working and there was nothing she could do for me. I’ve been to this location one other time before and had a terrible experience with it then but I thought I would just give it a try tonight so I didn’t have to drive to Rootstown or Streetsboro to get food because I’m exhausted. But I will do just that and I will never go back to the RAVENNA MCDONALDS ON MAIN STREET EVER AGAIN!!!! Worst customer service ever and worst management ever!!!!! Something needs done about it bc inside the dining area is dirty also I went inside the time before and it was NASTY NASTY!!!! It’s in your best interest to GO TO A DIFFERENT MCDONALDS BECAUSE THIS LOCATION...
