C&C Classic Diner — Restaurant in Raymond

This is about on-line ordering with their Cake app. I placed an order at 8p. Store closes at 9p. Says order will be ready at 8:40p. I get there and the waitress is cleaning and doors are locked. She stated she was busy cleaning and didn't see the on-line order. They closed the store at 8pm because they were not busy enough. Well I definitely would not have gotten up, dressed and out if I knew this. She went to the cash register at 8:49pm and canceled the order. Very frustrating being there are not many choices in the area and a lot of them close by 9pm. Please either shut down the online ordering if you close early or qt least look every 10-15 min so it can be canceled if you choose to close down early. Im a night shifter and food options are hard enough let alone waisted time on my end. Other than that I love your diner! The food! The choices available! And thank you for your small town availability. I try to choose small town places but DQ ended up with my service...

Very disappointed because I used to like this place. I brought my kids here for my daughters birthday and it was us and just one other table of 2 who were already eating. Ordered drinks and sat there waiting for the waitress to come back because we were ready to order and even more so, waiting for our drinks, at the very least our waters. The waitress just wanted to socialize with the table of 2 while my kids and I waited for her to even acknowledge us. Wouldn't even turn around to see if we were ready to order. At that point I just got my kids up and left and went to another place where they gave us water at least immediately when we arrived even having 3 other tables they were waiting on. C&C Diner lost my business, that was just incredibly unprofessional that the waitress would rather socialize with friends rather than do her job. It wasn't even busy, the place was empty. I would have at least understood if there were other tables being...

They're food made me sick twice, and I was getting scrap buckets for my farm from this restaurant, but when they got new owners, Cody became rude, and started coming up with reasons to not give my farm scraps anymore. I heard she was giving it to her friend, which I understand completely, and thats all she had to say, instead of being so rude, and preachy. I respect people and they're beliefs, and would like that much respect back. I know you think the review has nothing to do with your cooking, but why do you think we never eat at your restaurant? Your food makes me sick. I think it's the grease you use.
