Avoid this location at all costs!! It is consistently the WORST Chipotle location I have ever visited. As much as I love Chipotle, there is NO way I will go back until this location gets new management.
The restaurant is often dirty with trash on the floor and stray food littering the prep area where they make orders. Last time I was there the drink area was completely trashed. They had no lids, no napkins, and no straws plus the area was covered in trash and water.
They are often out of basic food supplies. Today, they were out of white rice at 4:30pm. There are no signs of what food items are out before you wait in line and the staff is rude if you ask if they have more coming out.
Serving sizes have definitely decreased while prices have increased. Also, portion sizes are sexist. It’s easy to see when you have to wait in line that women are given less than men (and I was close enough to hear that the men did not ask for “extra”). Very frustrating when men and women are charged the same! Today, I got half a scoop of brown rice (because they were trying to conserve portions with no white rice left) and my carnitas barely covered the small portion of rice. When I said something about not being given much, I got an eye roll and was told I would need to pay extra if I wanted more. Pictured you will see my half eaten burrito with my first hint at meat because there was almost none included.
The guacamole is almost $3 and they barely put any on. If I’m paying this much extra I want to get more than a dab. On my last visit, the employee accidentally squeezed out half of my guacamole while folding my burrito and wiped it off on the counter. She would not fix it and said she still needed to charge me. Again, very frustrating having to pay extra and not receive what you pay for.
No matter how far you have to drive, I would go to any other Chipotle location to...
Read moreIf this place would close down it would get a 5 star rating. Every time I have gone to this specific Raynham Chipotle has been a complete disaster. SERVICE SOMEHOW HAS BECOME WORSE , I was given an attitude because THEIR credit card machine wasn't working correctly. Every single time I have gone with my children to get them an order it has never failed to let down and ALWAYS been out of some kind of product. Rice, chicken, burrito wrap and to add this has been as we have waited in line no shorter than 15-20 mins, every single time to get the obvious news that whatever we are going to order won't be possible, so we have to drive to Attleboro which has been a complete day and night difference in every aspect. The last visit will be the LAST time giving them an opportunity as unfortunately it is close to where we live but I'd rather make the drive and have my children happy instead of being let down every time we have made a stop at the Raynham site. I have mentioned this previously to Chipotle Corporate but there has been no change and sadly has been getting worse as every visit has been completely different staff as no one ever stays at this Chipotle for reasons they would only be aware of but again just shows the fact that this situation is not working correctly at the Raynham site. I have always and still will visit Chipotle in other towns as I have never had any issues at any other sites but it has been a problem for years at this specific one and I will definitely no longer let myself take the chance of walking in and being aggravated and let down as has happened every visit I make there, as mentioned this isn't an issue with Chipotle as we enjoy the food and experiences at other branches but this one is sadly a train wreck in every aspect. Once again out of...
Read moreThis is the second time I eat at a chipotle and I prefer my first experience that was in Boston.
Carnitas was really good Barbacoa was dry. We had whatever rice they had left mid day. My boyfriend asked for extra rice and the server gave him 1 scoop 🤦🏽♀️. They ran out of beans.
Over all the customer service sucks I’ve been there once and the girl in the front looked super miserable and acted like she couldn’t hear what you were saying.
My boyfriend is a third party delivery driver and every time he goes here it’s the same experience, he’s there to go in and out. FYI - the pick up orders are no longer being placed in front of the register, so you have to be super vocal to get your order because the employees will look at you and keep wiping down the counters or fixing something that doesn’t need to be fixed.
In my boyfriends case the same girl acts like she can’t see him, now I watched this with my own eyes and it’s disrespectful. Especially when all of the employees act like he’s not there. I saw them do anything they can to avoid eye contact with him. One person even ran to the back 😑.
But the same girl both times gives him an attitude, because he asked for the only order that was behind the register that maybe should be in the front for that same exact reason. Less attitude and less interaction.
I feel we all sign up for the jobs we have maybe you shouldn’t be in the front of house with your miserable face, if don’t want to handle customers or deal with third party delivery services. FYI that money goes towards your paycheck. If you don’t have anyone delivering your food you may not...
