This location has always been average, however my recent visit I was served a burn croissant sandwich and Boston Creme donut that was slimy and stuck to the bottom if the bag. I returned to the location after work with my burnt sandwich. When I explained about the burnt sandwich I was asked, "Are you sure you bought it here?" Please do not insult my intelligence, I know where I purchased my food. I did not have a paper receipt as I used my app to pay. I asked for a refund. I had the bag and receipt that came on the bag. I was told the manager was not there and I could come back tomorrow. I have a job, so I can't just come into this location anytime. I was told the only thing they could do was remake it. Read moreToday my family and I ordered 2 coffees through the mobile order. I walked into this store 15 minutes after ordering. I don’t see our drinks ready and think nothing of it. I figured the staff needed more time.
As I’m waiting I see an older gentlemen go up to the employees and ask where his order is. The older man starts to read his receipt. As he is talking to them this employee walks away and ignores him. It broke my heart.
10 minutes later I approach management asking where my order is. They say they have no record of my order. The manager (taller woman, blonde hair) raises her voice at me questioning if I ever made an order. I tell her the order number and she looks at the screen and says “oh there it is” and yells at her staff for not making it.
