Taco Bell — Restaurant in Raynham

Been picking up from the store since it opened as well as every other store in a 20 mi radius this store consistently makes me unassign from doordash orders. The store tells doordash when the orders are supposed to be ready for pickup. It's between 10 and 30 minutes later than that nearly every time. Im turn the customers are getting cold food and giving the drivers bad ratings because of the incompetence of the store. Train your employees better and extend your pickup times. Even worse is when the store finally marks the order as ready for pickup, we walk in and they still haven't even started making it. They know the order was supposed to be made 5 minutes ago but they lie and Market as ready so they don't get in trouble. Meanwhile doordash is wondering why the drivers have not left with the food yet. Customer starts texting and asking why it's taking an hour to get a taco. This is why. Do...

Absolutely horrible service.

Waiting in line for 25 minutes... half of that at the intercom repeatedly saying hello. I thought the intercom might have been broken because it is a new location so I drove up and I asked to place my order. I wasn't given an attitude by two kids why I didn't order at the intercom. They then try to tell me that they were busy they're not that busy there was only like five or six cars in line . I said i worked at a taco bell in high school , I know that when you hit the pad in front of the intercom your headset dings and you can hear me . You guys heard me say hello several times several minutes apart. I didn't get one answer and not even a sorry I'll be with you in just a moment ... NOTHING . I was told if I want to order I need to go back around... yeah no I think I'll just go somewhere else. I am never coming here again. If your staff cannot multitask do not put them on the drive...

There is a kid with long red hair, working when I went in. You would think he owned the place. He never stopped moving, doing things while I was there. He was CLEARLY very busy, but I wasn't at the counter a second, before he asked if I was all set. He was polite and when part of my order couldn't be filled, he let me know and tried to make it right. Service was incredible - 100% better than the McDonalds next door. After waiting at the counter another few minutes, even the girl running the drive thru asked if I was all set. A great staff over there!! They really weren't that busy when I went in, customer wise - but everyone in there was busy doing something! No one standing around, joking around!
