Brothers Pizza — Restaurant in Raynham

My wife went tonight to get 2 pizzas and a chicken finger dinner. When she ordered the food she asked for 3 or 4 honey mustards because the dinner was split between 2 kids. She picked up the food and asked the girl at the register ( who was nothing but nice) if there were honey mustards in the bag. She said they should be but my wife checked just to make sure. There was only 2 so she asked if she could just get one more. The girl came back with who she believed was the owner and he said very rudely “it’s at the bottom”. My wife said I know there’s only 2. The man took the food out and opened it to point to it. To the 2 honey mustards. She than stated that she ordered 3 or 4 and the gracious girl working there handed it to my wife and she thanked HER and left. When she got home she opened the food and this is what the salad looked like… It was literally soup. And looked half eaten. We live over 25 mins away so it wasn’t practical to drive all the way back there. Too much money is spent to have service or...

I have ordered from here a few times before and have never had a problem until tonight. Service is terrible as I'm writing this I have been waiting and hour and 40 mins for my food. I called at an hour and 15 and was told the food would be on its way, 25 mins later still waiting. I was not offered a refund or any kind of future compensation for this. Almost two hours for food for delivery is absurd. I will not be ordering from here again and will be telling my neighbors also who order from here alot. I called to cancel my order and they told me ten minutes that's what I had been told 36 mins prior. I told them I still wanted to cancel and get a refund. The guy on the phone was not happy and kept saying we are busy. I get that but if they had offered something and their apology sounded sincere I may of been inclined to keep my order. I was driving around the area and my car happened to break down in the plaza. My kids were in the car and they were crying non stop because they wanted food. Luckily the plaza had a pizza place and when we went in all we could smell was fresh food. We looked at the menu and it was filled with many different options, which I had no clue what to get. My kids were very excited and I had a good feeling this place would be good. Me and my kids got a buffalo chicken pizza, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and a chicken bacon ranch sub. Once I put the food in my mouth I couldn’t belive it. The food was outrageously delicious. My kids were literally arguing and fighting over the food because they loved it so much. Before I left I ordered more food to go and the workers there were so kind and amazing. Even if I live 30 min away I will definitely be going again...
