MoooBerry Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Raynham

Stopped by here the afternoon of Oct.12.2022. The staff working was very rude/disrespectful - I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but there was no reason for her attitude towards my friend and I. I kept asking if there were any sugar free options (my friend's diabetic) and after a few times asking she told me to look at the nutrition facts on the board (I didn't know where the board was and so she rudely directed me)......not even 2 minutes into me trying to read the yogurt nutrition facts she impatiently says she'll just ask someone in the back. It felt as if my friend and I were inconveniencing her even through there were no other customers in the store. The frozen yogurt was good, my friend liked their drink, and the place was really cute but the vibe was definitely off. My friend even said that the woman at the counter had an attitude/was rude. I don't know what her problem was but it seemed like maybe she needed some frozen yogurt and a lesson in manners. Unsure if we'll try and go back there again. I’ve been to this location a many times. The FroYo is always fantastic but the customer service/business practices leave a lot to be desired. Let me begin with the manager, who always seems to watch anyone who walks in like a HAWK. Makes for a slightly uncomfortable experience. When I go I always prefer to eat the FroYo in my car with whoever it is I go with. Also, the sampling is a bit strange. Why have your one cashier stand there with sample sticks and serve EVERY. DAMN. FLAVOR. that we ask for? Seems inconvenient and also adds to the lack of comfort. Also there seems to be an issue with licking the FroYo? Which is also strange. Lighten up, I rather lick the stuff before it lands on your floor. Lastly, the Wednesday “deal” that they have isn’t really a deal in my experience. I was told you fan fill it up as much as you want until you get to a certain weight. Then you’re charged extra.

It will rate 5()once they get more help, so if you want a job, go on over. My daughter and I were here on a Thursday night and it was busy. Apparently there aren't too many places in Taunton where you can get that Bubble Tea. Problem is they need a designated line/area roped off for it. It's not that big inside, but plenty of ice cream goodies. Staff was training that night, so of course that added to the confusion & wait time. Food is excellent, so they just need more help & where that Bubble Tea is so popular, adding a separate section would help to speed time up. Very popular place - Location is rte 138, right side if heading into Taunton & after the Huge Milk Bottle cafe. It's inside a tiny strip mall with liquor store on 1 end and Mooo Berry on the other.
